Promossa con la sufficienza
Pros:

Ottima posizione molto vicina a Stazione Centrale di Napoli. Pulita, camera nuova e confortevole. Valore aggiunto di questa struttura è senza dubbio lo staff, specialmente Francesca.

Cons:

Aria condizionata molto rumorosa e poco efficiente (non raffreddava veramente niente ed era impossibile tenerla accessa per il rumore). Connessione Wi-Fi inesistente.

The room was large and very clean. The bed linen was fresh and clean

Cons:

The entrance in the street was hard to find you have to buzz an intercom and then they will open the large black metal gates. I was looking for a hotel foyer so it took a while to work out how to get in to the hotel

Pros:

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte. Am Abreisetag war ich wegen der Lage des Hotels sehr schnell bei der Alibus-Haltestelle am Bahnhof Garibaldi. Die Managerin des Hotels war nett und freundlich.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Fenster Richtung "Vico Ferrovia". Leider hatte ich keinen Balkon. Extreme Lärmbelästigung durch diverse Geräusche von draußen (bis 3 Uhr nachts; mitten in der Nacht wird scheinbar die Straße lautstark gereinigt) und anschließend dann morgens ab ca. 7, 8 Uhr von den Gängen. Es gab somit nur ein kurzes Zeitfenster von ein paar Stunden, in denen man ein bisschen schlafen konnte. Sonst war die Lautstärke auch mit eigens fürs Schlafen angefertigtem Gehörschutz nicht zu ertragen. Viele lange schwarze Haare im Zimmer, die die Putzkraft, die morgens ununterbrochen laut geredet hat, verloren hat und scheinbar einfach dort liegen gelassen hat. Das Doppelbett war sehr wackelig. Aus dem Duschabfluss kam ein unangenehmer Kanalgeruch. Man kommt nur ins Hotel, in dem man unten an der Straße beim Tor läutet und dann oben jemand öffnet. Die Zahlenkombination für das Torschloss wird den Gästen nicht mitgeteilt.

Clear good nice room

Cons:

IT was ok but the recepthionists not all of ok. And they could not open the hotel ín Time when you arrive from a city visiting :( the breakfast was too easy.

In general it wasn’t bad, the stuff was nice , the room was nice , breakfast also good

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t clean , the location was really close to the train station but I didn’t feel safe at all. Not really for solo woman traveler.

Pros:

Emplacement a 5min de la gare centrale et du centre historique. Hôtel d'apparence moderne.
Personnels peu professionnels mais sympathiques.
P'tit déjeuner correct dans son contenu.
Tout comme Naple, hôtel dépaysant.

Cons:

Entrée d'immeuble vétuste.
Gardiens qui s'absentent et donc nous avons dû attendre plusieurs minutes dehors sans excuses et ce plusieurs fois.
Le lit superposé n'avait pas d'échelle ( barreaux desoudes). On devait isser notre enfant. Pas d'excuses du personnel ni changement de lit.
La barre de douche non fixée. Travaux de fixation réalisés après constat.
Personnels non désagréables mais non professionnels.
Horaire du petit déjeuner tardif (8h) et salle exiguë.
