Pros:

Hotel carino, molto comodo per la vicinanza alla stazione. Struttura un po' vecchiotta. Colazione inclusa discreta ma con varietà di scelta. Possibilità di deposito bagagli gratuito comodissimo. Personale molto gentile. Per una notte è un ottimo compromesso

Cons:

La camera quadrupla con letti a castello era molto stretta. Un materasso della seconda camera quadrupla era molto sporco.

Soggiorno nel complesso molto buono. Personale gentile e disponibile.
Pros:

La posizione dell'Hotel è veramente comodissima! vicinissima alla stazione e comoda per raggiungere a piedi tanti luoghi di interesse.

Cons:

La pulizia della camera è appena sufficiente. La finestra in stanza non poteva essere aperta per la presenza di un'impalcatura di muratori.

Pros:

Maravilloso el personal. Creemos que es un hotel familiar. Así que nos dio mucha confianza. El señor y la señora muy atentos. Salimos antes del desayuno y nos dieron algo para llevar.
La habitación muy generosa. Grande. La cama principal muy amplia. El baño grande.
Queda a 5 minutos caminando a la estación central.

Cons:

Lastimosamente la calle es muy sucia (la entrada queda al lado de un basurero) más de lo normal y es Napoles!

Это было просто ужасно. Персонал неадекватный (кроме мужчины на ресепшене) . Никакого уважения к гостям. Неадекватные работницы орали с 7 утра, нельзя было спать. Тоже самое было ночью. Работницы на завтраке на нас орали и грубили. Это было ужасно.

Cons:

Удобства в номере ужасные. Интернет не ловил все 3 дня. Теплой воды вечером уже не было. Ванные принадлежности не меняли все 3 дня. Завтрак плохой и выдают сами в том количестве, как они считают нужным. Персонал грубит клиентам и оскорбляет их. Кричат и рано утром и поздно вечером. Никакого уважения к гостям

La pulizia che è la base fondamentale in un hotel è assolutamente da migliorare, i cassetti erano sporchissimi idem la doccia e la camera in generale

Personale molto gentile ancora prima di soggiornare all'hotel, in quanto abbiamo dovuto modificare la prenotazione su Booking e ci sono venuti incontro dimostrandosi super disponibili.

A reggeli megfelelő és finom volt. A személyzet nagyon kedves és aranyos volt.

A szállás foglalásánál annyi volt feltüntetve, hogy 2 db egyágyas szoba foglalása. Feleségemmel utaztunk. Az első szoba rendkívül kicsi, és az ágyak amiket kaptunk emeletes ágy volt.... A szoba tisztasága és karbantartása eléggé elhanyagolt. A fürdőszobában szőrszálat találtunk mindenfele, az ágyon is, a ruhásszekrény ajtaját amikor kihúztuk csak a fiók ajtaja jött ki a polc a helyén maradt. Átkértük magunkat másik szobába felár ellenében, mert így nem lehetett együtt aludni... A második szobában a csap mozgott, igen óvatosan lehetett rá támaszkodni fogmosás közben, a zuhanyzóba a víz nem ment le, mert nem volt kitakarítva, a wc mellől hiányzott a wc kefe... a klímát használnunk kellett mert meleg volt, de csörgött zörgött, nehéz volt tőle aludni
A szálláshelytől függetlenül az utcai környezet nagyon piszkos és zajos, nagyon nehezen alhat az ember, két egymást követő éjszaka is hajnal 1-kor cserélték az utcai konténereket, a harmadik éjszaka az utcai takarítás miatt nem lehetett pihenni.
