Un normalissimo soggiorno, come se fosse un B&B con spa, ma con il prezzo di un cinque stelle

Cons:

Iniziando dal Chekin mi sembrava di parlare con un robot, ripetevano tutte le istruzioni a macchinetta senza un minimo di calore o empatia, camera piccola, gravi dimenticanze del personale di sala e spa super affollata.

Sicuramente non vale il prezzo pagato,

Альпийский отель в скучном месте
Pros:

Отель расположен в странно месте. На окраине. Вокруг ничего нет. Главный +: это остановка шаттла С который везде на стадион биатлона и к местам каталок на лыжах
От жд воказала идет номер автобуса 435.1. К отелю - 30 мин. Остановка называется:Valdaora di Sopra, Ponte. Название остановок на экране ТВ в автобусе. Билет за двоих 4 евро у водителя только за наличные!!
От отеля до жд - 20 мин
Если выйти из отеля и пойти вниз налево в ближайший пункт. Можно найти пару кофеен. Несколько супермаркетов. Несколько магазинов и так далее. Самый лучший и дешевый супермаркет Conrad.
2. Номер был 202 большой. Одна комната для родителей и одна комната с двухэтажной комнатой для детей. Все в дереве. В номере было прохладно. Сушитель ни один не работал. Приходил мастер но все осталось без изменений.
В отеле очень хорошая еда. Ужин - шведский стол + по меню оч интересные блюда. А ля мешлен. Все напитки на ужин платные. Безалкогольные типо чай и колы - 4 евро
Персонал оч приятный. Классная девушка Марьяна в ресторане. Можно заказать все кофейные напитки на растительном молоке

Cons:

Нет тапочек! Набора зубная щетка и паста. За 3 ночи отдали 1000 евро.

Week end da sogno tra neve piscina all’aperto a 35 gradi e una suite paradisiaca
Pros:

La chiarezza del personale e la semplicità con cui ci ha spiegato tutto quello che c’era da sapere per il soggiorno. La cortesia e la gentilezza dello staff. L abbondanza e la varietà della colazione e l’assortimento della cantina e la descrizione del maitre delle bottiglie che andava a stappare. Pulitissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli.

Cons:

La soa a cui si poteva accedere solo completamente nudi, che nel mio caso è stato un disagio.

Auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Sehr gut geführtes Hotel mit tollem Service, sowohl an der Rezeption, als auch bei den Mahlzeiten.
Selbst der Chef war anwesend und kümmerte sich um seine Gäste!
Das Essen war sehr gut. Das Frühstücks Büfett ließ keine Wünsche offen. Man konnte sich frische Eierspeisen bestellen und beim Zubereiten zusehen.
Der Wellness Bereich war schön und besonders gefallen hat uns der Spezial Aufguss des „Bademeisters“ …🤩
