Moderna, pulitissima , radiosa, tranquilla, vista super, mezzi pubblici davanti hotel, staff gentile e professionale, presente ma non pressante, attento e disponibile, ricarica elettrica a prezzo corretto, parcheggio gratuito, cibi x intolleranze presenti su richiesta, colazione ottima e con grande varietà

Premesso che si sta benissimo, In questa estate torrida (+36) poche cose: Acqua da bere cara (proporre acqua filtrata a prezzo normale?), cibo buono e ben preparato, ma da un 4 stelle superiore, mi sarei aspettata anche 1 scelta di pesce a pasto, colazione compresa e un buffet serale un po più abbondante …. Piatti vegani o vegetariani sempre presenti..,Per il resto sarebbe davvero cercare il pelo nell’uovo!

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes Essen mit toller Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet und beim Mehrgänge- Abendessen. Moderne Zimmer und schöner Wellnessbereich plus Rootop- Pool. Alles top und sauber. Tolle Infrastruktur samt Bus und Bahn, sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Radurlauber und Wanderer.

Miły upominek podczas check out :)

Cons:

Bardzo dużan ilość komarów w pokoju. Brak moskitier uniemożliwia otwarcia okna na dłuższy czas, aby cieszyć się świeżym tyrolskim powietrzem.

Purtroppo siamo stati solo una notte. Ci è piaciuto tutto, l' operatrice del front ( di cui non so il nome) è stata deliziosa, la colazione ottima. La camera era confortevole e lo spazio fuori incredibile. Abbiamo vissuto il tempo da voi godendo di pace e ottimo servizio clienti. Speriamo di tornare presto!!
