Agradable y tranquila
Pros:

La estructura del hotel incluyendo el jardín y la decoración es para mi el top. El desayuno variado y muy bueno.

La primera habitación asignada (creo 141) muy incómoda para dos personas y una larga estancia, afortunadamente el personal del hotel nos cambió a una habitación en la planta baja con mucho más espacio

L'emplacement idéal, près du centre, de la gare, mais néanmoins calme. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. L'intérieur de l'hôtel est magnifique, ce fut une demeure familiale. Les faïences, les tableaux tout est très beaux. Possibilité de profiter du jardin/terrasse, entouré d'arbres, de sculptures.

La decoració dels espais comuns.

Estic molt descontenta amb l’habitació assignada. S’anunciava com a “amb vistes al pati interior”, però en realitat no tenia cap mena de vistes ni llum natural directa, ja que donava a un pati de ventilació minúscul, de la primera planta amb 4 plantes per sobre.

A més, no se’m va oferir cap alternativa que s’ajustés a la descripció publicada a Booking.

Pel que fa al pagament, en el moment de fer la reserva s’indicava clarament que es podia pagar a l’hotel. No obstant això, posteriorment vaig rebre un correu exigint el pagament anticipat. En contactar amb l’hotel, em van confirmar que havia de pagar abans de l’arribada, contràriament a les condicions inicials.

En arribar i comprovar la situació de l’habitació, vaig expressar la meva decepció, però no se’m va oferir cap solució, ni una habitació millor ni la possibilitat de reemborsament. Durant aquesta conversa, una de les persones del personal em va respondre de males maneres, fet que considero totalment inapropiat.

Considero que aquesta experiència ha estat enganyosa i totalment inacceptable.
