Atendimento dos funcionários e localização.

Cons:

De modo geral tudo estava limpo. Porém, acredito que a escova que limpa o vaso sanitário estava com cheiro de urina e isso deixava o banheiro cheirando também. Além disso, recebemos a visita de uma barata no último dia.

Sin duda la ubicación .

Cons:

No tiene ascensor , la insonorización es insuficiente. No tiene servicios como la caja fuerte o una nevera, o un armario . Muy básico todo.

La verdad es que todo genial, ubicación increíble, trato con recepción muy bien.

Cons:

Se escucha todo lo de la calle, pero siempre se le puede poner un remedio "tapones". Poca luz en el baño.
Pero realmente todo correcto.

Habitacion ruidosa. Paredes de papel, se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle, las habitaciones de al lado y hasta los perros ladrando de las plantas inferiores y de la habitación de al lado. Tercera planta sin ascensor

Lo barato sale caro

El trato del personal, que aún habiendo disponibilidad y opciones desde la propia app no aceptan ningún tipo de cambio.
Una recepcionista dijo que llamaría el encargado y aún estoy esperando.. al llamar de vuelta dijo que era ella y se hizo pasar por otra persona.
