We checked in on 25th May for 5 nights, 3 rooms we booked through booking.com

At first when we checked in, they gave us rooms where ac or heating do not work. When we asked, they changed to another rooms, again ac do not work. Again they changed, 3 times

They started behaving rudely with us, scolding us, behaving as if we are staying for free and they are doing a favor. They started scolding our children, forcefully coming to our rooms and pushing us and our children, for no reason.

We asked for soft pillows because the pillow they provided were very big and hard, and we slept for 2 nights folding towels in the bare bed. Then when we asked for soft pillows (which they already had, but were not giving) they came to our rooms and started abusing and physically pushing us. We got scared at this, wanted to speak to their manager, but they never allowed that

They stopped doing basic housekeeping and cleaning toilets. They stopped changing bedsheets and giving us towels. They started serving us stale food in breakfast which we couldn't even touch

Everytime we wanted to complaint, they started shouting at us in the local language. They don't know English at all, and kept on threatening us. We asked for returning our money back, so we can check in to another hotel, they refused

On the day of checkout they took our luggage and hid them, and asked for $200 fine, because we tore bedsheets and pillows, which clearly is a false allegation. When we asked for proof of the above, they showed CCTV footage of a torn pillows which clearly does not show the rooms where we stayed or showed who did that.

Breakfast was good. Staff was cooperative and explained well.

Cons:

Room and facility is not very comfy. The facility have cheap interiors and was getting damaged.

Pros:

Доброжелательная и приятная девушка на ресепшене встретила поздно ночью, номер большой и чистый, завтрак был потрясающим, очень вкусно. После выезда нам понадобились срочно уведомления и сотрудники так же не остались в стороне и оперативно сделали нам это и выслали удаленно
