Добрый вечер! Пребывали в вашем отеле в начале сентября с двумя маленькими детками, остались довольны чистотой в номере, теплой встречей при заселении, мужчина при входе встретил, помог поднять коляску, был вежливый 👍 На ресепшене девушка тоже приятная. На мои запросы быстро отвечали👍 и хотелось бы отметить ресторан при отеле очень вкусно, порции огромные))) официант парень вежливый и шустрый! Мы всем довольны, успехов 🙏

Pros:

Personel był bardzo miły i pomocny. Przygotowano nam lunchboxy, gdy okazało się, że musimy wyjechać przed śniadaniem. Personel pomógł nam w kilku ważnych sprawach, np. wezwali taksówki w normalnej cenie. Spędziliśmy tylko jedną noc w tym mieście, ale mamy bardzo miłe wrażenia, a komfort pokoju był wystarczający aby zregenerować się przed podróżą.

Breakfast was great. The staff were good. It was far from the city center so there was no noise. But it's not a big problem for me and my family as I can always find a taxi.

Очень двойственное впечатление
Pros:

Расположение и транспортная доступность. Для тех, кому нужен этот район города, хорошо подходит. Хороший персонал. Достаточно неплохой завтрак.

Cons:

Очень спорный отель. Ниже перечислю основные моменты, дальше желайте выводы сами.
1. Заехали в номер (люкс!)- на столе чья-то недопитая бутылка воды. Возле кровати - еще одна полупустая бутылка.
2. Раковина в ванной при заезде вся в какой-то черной грязи. На полу волосы. Вызвали горничную - извинилась, вымыла раковину
3. Нас 2 взрослых и 2 ребенка. 3 спальных места. Но почему-то только 2 одеяла.
4. По просьбе принесли одеяло. Но почему-то без пододеяльника. При этом имеющийся пододеяльник для двухспальной кровати почему-то был предназначен для односпальной..
5. Все белье, которое принесли, было влажным (как в детстве в поезде). Горничная прокомментировала, что так его легче гладить.
6. Сауна - пришли, а она выключена. Соответственно, ее включили, надо ждать пока она нагреется
7. 23 августа во всем отеле утром не было горячей воды.
Ну и так еще по мелочи были недостатки.
Такое ощущение, что это был когда-то неплохой отель, а сейчас менеджмент не справляется с задачами.
Больше не приедем.

Schönes Hotel mit kleinem Pool
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, gut gelegen. Großes Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Sehr kleiner Pool (3x3m) und dieser darf erst ab 10 Uhr benutzt werden.
