Très belle surprise !
Pros:

Très bel emplacement, dans le centre. Chambre très confortable avec vue sur la ville, les montagnes et l'église. Et le centre de bien-être est très beau et très bien. Une belle surprise !

Cons:

RAS. (C'est un peu difficile de rentrer dans la ville en voiture. )

Soggiorno deludente

Ho apprezzato la posizione centrale della struttura, l’ampiezza della stanza e la colazione.

Cons:

Purtroppo il soggiorno è stato deludente sotto diversi aspetti. L’aria condizionata non ha funzionato correttamente, compromettendo il comfort della permanenza. Nonostante avessi segnalato il problema, il disservizio è rimasto irrisolto. Come alternativa, mi è stato proposto di aprire la finestra, una soluzione che non ha risolto il problema.

Anche la doccia presentava problemi di funzionamento a causa del tubo, mentre nel bagno erano presenti evidenti incrostazioni, che davano un’impressione di scarsa cura, pulizia e manutenzione.

Mi sarei aspettata maggiore attenzione alle esigenze degli ospiti, una gestione più efficace dei problemi segnalati e ambienti meglio mantenuti.

Bonne adresse pour une étape en italie après le passage du Mont-Blanc.

Bon emplacement pour être dans le quartier ancien de Aoste. Bon choix de petit-déjeuner et service.
Très bon accueil et réception.

Cons:

Le prix de parking même sans être en parking intérieur à l'hôtel.
