Good hotel, poor customer service as regards parking the car, caused an extra 200 euros to stay.
Pros:

Well situated in the centre of town, the access is across a pedestrianised area, which is a bit awkward.

Cons:

I asked on arrival if it would be all right if we parked in the nearest public carpark. I was told that this would be the best place to park. the next day I went to the car only to find that it had been towed away as there was a market. It took 1 1/2 hours to retrieve the car, although he police were very helpful. It cost nearly 200 euros. The towing office said that the hotel should have informed me, as it is well known. I made a complaint to the receptionist, who was the same one who had advised me that parking in the public carpark would a safe place to park, but I had no apology whatsoever.
