Pros:

手の届くところにすべて揃っていた
室内のいろはすの水と、コーヒーはおいしくいただいた。
ディスポのスリッパも安心出来た。

Cons:

建物が古いので、いたし方ないが、浴室の段差があったこと。
廊下の音がけっこう響く。

L' emplacement, la fenêtre dans le chambre que l on pouvait ouvrir

Cons:

L'accueil, les frais supplémentaires exiges alors que booking ne nous en avait pas fait part. La difficulté de communication. La différence de prix indiqué entre booking et la réalité pour le parking et le chambre meme si je comprends bien que des taxes peuvent s appliquer mais elles devraient être notées .on choisirait peut être differement

朝食も本当に美味しいです。
駅からも徒歩15分ぐらいで、繁華街も近くて立地も良いです。

Overall, I had a comfortable stay and the hotel was a good base for my two nights in Morioka. The room was clean and had everything I needed. One thing I would mention is the breakfast buffet: it is promoted as featuring Iwate specialties, so I would recommend checking what is offered before adding breakfast. If you enjoy trying regional dishes, you may appreciate it, but if you prefer more familiar breakfast options, you may be better off skipping it. The location is also a bit of a walk from Morioka Station, especially with luggage. Overall, a good stay, but I would personally choose somewhere closer to the station next time.
