The staff were exceptional: very cordial and helpful. The location was excellent. Breakfast arrangements were very good. All good value for money.
Incredible service from the general manager and staff were always helpful. Helped organise transfers and further accomodation going above and beyond, truely improving our overall holiday being able to be comfortable as well as offering laundry service as we were attending functions.

Travel Desk of Hotel.
Worst Experience of my life. They are rating Five Star of their hotel but the facilites are zero. Breakfast is not upto the mark, they are not even providing Whishky Glasses in the room, Icecubes and other things, they are blackmailing to the Guest in the name of room service, No Hotel Management are liable to take responsibilites, Swim Customes are very costly. Spa is very very bad, Suna was not in working condition.
