Excellent property very near to fewa lake and shops too and comfortable stay too

여행자거리 중심에 위치한 점이 최고의 장점.

Cons:

방이 깨끗하지 않았아요. 먼지가 많은 느낌아닌 느낌.
3성급정도 조식인데, 한국사람 입맛에 맛는 음식은 없는듯. 먹을 만 했던 것은 계란, 빵, 요거트, 과일 정도..
그렇게 싼 호텔은 아닌데 실망스러웠어요.

Clean bathroom, comfortable bed and great view of the mountains
Pros:

Incredible service from the general manager and staff were always helpful. Helped organise transfers and further accomodation going above and beyond, truely improving our overall holiday being able to be comfortable as well as offering laundry service as we were attending functions.
Great location and plenty to do and see via walking or free shuttle services.

Thank you again

Cons:

Restaurant quality could be improved with meals, however staff always very helpful.

Pros:

Staffs were friendly.

Cons:

It was way expensive for the service they provided.

1. Shower was leaking and no one fixed it.
2. Bad breakfast.
3. A\C won't won't work.
4. Mismanaged everywhere even in kitchen non-veg, utensils were used to take veg item by hotel staffs.
5. Very bad service overall.

Travel Desk of Hotel.

Cons:

Worst Experience of my life. They are rating Five Star of their hotel but the facilites are zero. Breakfast is not upto the mark, they are not even providing Whishky Glasses in the room, Icecubes and other things, they are blackmailing to the Guest in the name of room service, No Hotel Management are liable to take responsibilites, Swim Customes are very costly. Spa is very very bad, Suna was not in working condition.
