Biedt niet wat je in een 5-sterren hotel zoekt
Pros:

Airco en grootte kamer

Cons:

Wifi te zwak, geen live tv-zenders alleen apps en die waren ook allemaal betaalde apps (hierdoor kon ik geen WK kijken helaas), geen lift maar enkel trap, ontbijt was te karig en voornamelijk gericht op Indiaase toeristen (alleen maar warme gerechten), locatie te ver van de stad, de bedden te hard en zaten los waardoor ze bij de kleinste beweging bewogen.

Fantastic trip arranged by ganga
Pros:

Himalayan Skyscape Experience
The flight offered spectacular views of the Himalayan range, including snow-capped peaks, along with stunning aerial views of Pokhara's lakes and landscapes. The hotel travel desk handled all arrangements efficiently.The travel desk staff, Ms Ganga was professional, responsive, and ensured a seamless experience from booking to completion.

I will still the book the hotel AGAIN as all staff are humble and friendly.
Pros:

Location was perfect and not that far from the Airport or the Lake. Bonus was shuttle service to the central lake and the Arti place was exceptional. The service of the shuttle was frequent and FREE till late at night.

Though no one came to pick us up at the Airport and had to Pay Taxi Nepali rupees 1200.00
It would have been nice if some one came to pick us up. The management should seriously think of this !

Breakfast was superb and had variety. Plus the waiting staff at the restaurant and Bar were very accommodating. The concierge guy / Shuttle booking was jus exceptional( very hospitable ) Reception Staff very accommodating.
They did not have change but one guy gave me change from his own pocket.

I think if you want relax and use the lake side , you can not go wrong. Plus the staff hospitality and humbleness was exceptional.
I did not use the pool but was good for children.

I would definitely book the place again.

Cons:

The room we requested when we did the booking ( which was a few weeks before check in ) was not given. They could have easily reserved for us days before we came. Room on 2nd fl. facing the mountains.

Plus The pick up at Airport would have been appreciated , instead of looking for a Taxi.

One lady on reception could not accept a twice folded new UK sterling note hence I had to go to Lake side to exchange foreign currency

Un lieu magique non loin du lac et des montagnes
Pros:

L'hôtel était sublime et la chambre très confortable. Situé non loin de side lake, l'hôtel met a disposition une navette pour vous emmener et vous récupérer, ainsi cela vous libère l'esprit et vous n'avez plus qu'à profiter. Je remercie tout particulièrement toute l'équipe de l'hôtel qui s'est montrée attentive, serviable et toujours très gentille, ce qui a rendu mon expérience inoubliable.

Cons:

Mon séjour était trop court, j'aurais aimé y rester beaucoup plus longtemps.
Il n'y a rien à redire tout était parfait.

Stunning view of the Annapurna range from our rooms!
Pros:

The staff treated us like royalty. A big shout out to Nancy, Parvati, Susmika, Ganga and all the other wonderful staff whose names I do not remember. We stayed at this hotel twice during our stay, and we got a room with a jaw-dropping view of the Himalayas both times. Not all rooms have the view of the Himalayas, but you can go to the roof for an uninterrupted view of some stunning peaks.

Excellent breakfast with lots of options for vegetarians. There is a nice coffee shop inside the hotel and a few shops to buy souvenirs. The hotel provides free shuttle service to Pokhara center all day.

We booked our trekking tour and city tour from the travel desk inside the hotel. A big shout out to Kirti for an exceptional trekking tour to Mardi Himal!

Cons:

The hotel is close to the old airport of Pokhara, and has only two floors. There are no elevators, but the bell desk staff deliver your suitcase to your room, so it is not a big problem.

Amazing hotel with exceptionaly helpful and kind staff (mainly Nancy and Suskima), wonderful Kinjjali spa and very tasty and robust breakfeast. 10/10

Pros:

Excellent spacious hotel, exceptional staff, very good breakfast buffet and regular menu.
Travel desk person was especially helpful in arranging tours & flights, guides & drivers. Ayush was an enjoyable guide who took us around all 3 days.

Cons:

Fees of 1500 Nepali rupees to use steam or sauna for an hour is way too much. Jacuzzi out of service as well.
