Ok stay, friendly enough staff and a good spot. Uncomfortable room.

Cons:

I stayed here previously and remembered the beds being comfy but the one we had was awful to the point of a terrible nights sleep - sinking into the middle so that you either had to cling to the high sides or roll right in. The heating was only in the main room so doors had to remain open to get warm at night. I had recommended we stay here after having a good experience on work trips and I was embarrassed by how uncomfortable this particular room was. I wouldn’t stay in this sort of room again and not sure if I’ll try a different one again.

Great location, good value.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious. Nice to have a king bed in both bedrooms. Appeared to be a nice restaurant off the lobby.

Cons:

Bathrooms are pretty spartan, but included amenities were a nice touch. Access to parking requires someone to go to reception first.

Good location, got a room upgrade, pool was nice

Cons:

Silly me forgot to bring my physical card but my partner did. Couldn’t use his card bc booking in my name, and couldn’t change booking name. So had to try different cards until the tap pay worked. Staff was abit unhelpful.

Great location at an affordable price
Pros:

This is our third stay at this property. It’s always great to stay here due to its central location. It’s affordable and the rooms are spacious.

Cons:

Being picky here - Parts of the building are a bit tierd and maybe the rooms / kitchen area could do with modernisation at some point.

Pros:

Location, the 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious, good facilities

Cons:

Needs a fresh coat of paint - looking a bit worn down in places. Kitchen supplies are fairly minimal.
