It is a very enjoyable location and rooms.
Pros:

The location is close to all the shops and restaurants and QVM. Easy to walk around.

Cons:

Need more toilet paper. We were out in 2 days.

Excellent bed and breakfast service in the heart of Melbourne CBD
Pros:

Excellent Bed and Breakfast, great location, clean swimming pool, helpful staff. Service-wise 10/10!

Cons:

The bedroom wardrobes and kitchen shelf covers had sharp lips instead of handles or slits to grab onto. I cut myself trying to open the wardrobe using the lip. Aesthetically 10/10, practicality 0/10.

Had a wonderful stay with lovely, helpful staff. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable!
Pros:

I got given a free room upgrade to got to experience an executive suite which was like a mini apartment with all the amenities needed. Location was great and we were able to park the car underground and out of site for easy unloading and peace of mind.

Cons:

Only two of the four lifts reached out level (20) so sometimes there was a wait for the right one or we had to switch over at another level, understandably this is not something that can be altered or controlled, just a bit strange and could be annoying after a day of discovering the city!
