I will recommend it for location. Best location
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. They had no provision for packed breakfast when our tours were early morning.
Their coffee machine was not working.
Pancake machine was good

Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We had an amazing stay. Bed was very comfortable.
Pros:

The room was very clean and neat. Bed very comfortable and best of all, no noise from street traffic or neighbouring rooms. Staff very helpful.

Cons:

Honestly can’t fault this hotel.

Superb Property. Good Breakfast. Great Staff and Support Team. Best Location in Melbourne.
Pros:

Pegasus is an amazing big hotel situated at Flagstaff which is nothing but a part of CBD Melbourne. Almost all the major attractions of Melbourne City are within a bus/tram travel (and that too maybe just 1 or 2 stops) from the Hotel. Melbourne itself has a superb tram/bus/metro network. So you are anyways never more than 3-4 minutes walk from a nearest bus/tram/metro station. The queen victoria market (The most famous and big market place of Melbourne) is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel and Chinatown is just 2 tram stops away. Hence you are not far from Cafes, restaurants, supermarkets. Also. Do not majorly depend on the google maps for Melbourne. It showed us we had to change 1 tram & 1 bus to come from Southern Cross Railway Station. Turned out we could come faster in metro.
We took a studio room which had almost all the kitchen ameneties (We didnt only have a dishwasher but that was no prolem) and 2 big beds , Sofa and a big smart TV.
The room was very big and we got a superb deal of around Rs 13500 per night (All included) inclusive of breakfast. That is around AUD 193 per night. This is very reasonable for a large room situated in the most central part of Melbourne City.
The breakfast was decent and there was always table available for us to sit. We (My son and I) are vegetarians and my wife does not even eat root vegetables. So while we got few options at breakfast, it was going to be a challenge for my wife.
But one of the Chefs -Atul (Sorry i did not gather his last name) was very kind enough to make a large portion of different rice dishes every day for my wife keeping her dietary restrictions in mind. A big and heartfield thank you to the entire cooking team of Mr Atul and the entire team.
The hotel also has an affordable laundry and drying facility (AUD 5 per cycle for wash / dry). Along with that the swimming pool and Jacuzi were amazing on the 1st floor.

Cons:

Minor things. The curtain blinds were a little tight and little complicated to use. The TV remote was a bit hard to use in the smart tv option. The Air Conditioning was a little weird as it kept fluctuating the termperature on its own. However, since Melbourne is generally a cold city, it was not a major concern. Though they could have kept the systems simple to use there.
The swimming pool is advertised as heated pool, but it is not. While it was not extremely cold water (Since it was indoors), it does take 3-4 minutes to get used to the water. There was only 1 changing room for men and 1 for women. So if someone went there you had to wait. And it was very wet every time we went. Something should be done about the drainage and maybe having a better separation between wet and dry area. However, because these were not major issues, it has not really had an impact on my overall ratings for the property.

Great location, friendly staff
Pros:

The apartment was clean, staff were friendly and we thought it was in a great location, close to trams and shopping, cafes.
. We stayed for 6 nights and staff came in each day to straighten up beds, take out any rubbish if needed and did a general tidy around and replace towels, this service was even done over the weekend which we didn’t expect.
We enjoyed our stay overall and would stay again.

We love it here and have been staying every school holidays for the past 2 years.
