Pros:

Hotel bien decorado, excelente ubicación, flexibilidad para hacer el check-in, trato amable y cordial por parte del personal, bonita habitación con cocina tipo estudio y aire acondicionado, desayuno variado y muy rico. Se destaca que tiene piscina temperada.

Cons:

Es importante saber que las habitaciones están pegadas a otros edificios, por lo que no tienen vistas y son más bien oscuras, se necesita luz artificial. Asimismo, unos minutos antes del check-out nos estaban llamando para retirarnos de la habitación y llegó la persona del aseo previamente, nos pareció inadecuado. Por otro lado, se nos quedó un cargador que no fue devuelto.

Clean and convenient and easy check-in. The swimming pool was lovely and warm and it also had a gymnasium.

Comfortable and easy.
Pros:

Bed was super comfy and the room was spacious, bathroom as well. The location was excellent, close to the tram and walking distance to the market as well as centre of town. Loved the pool with the spa area. I would stay again.
