Pros:

Great location, large rooms, friendly & helpful staff, and a reasonable breakfast

Cons:

Bathroom a little small. Skirting boards & corners were dusty but all surfaces that you touch were clean

Brilliant
Pros:

The cleanliness, able to put our bags in early and the staff friendliness. The pool and spa were super.

The double beds were a bit small and partner disturbance was an issue otherwise no complaints at all

Great location but no extras included in the price.
Pros:

Great location, and friendly staff.

Cons:

No hair dryer, no spare blankets or pillows, the bed was shocking and dips way too much. For the price we paid we were disappointed.

Room is decent and clean. But very very bad WiFi and data reception.
Pros:

The apartment size was good.

Cons:

The Wifi was really bad. To make thing worst, the Data reception was also terrible even if we willing to use our own Sim card data. We have to head out of Hotel if we need to have smooth internet.

Streaky bacon was more fat than bacon
Cooked breakfast incredibly greasy
Mandarins dry. Limited fruit platter was unappealing
If you are coeliac and the you find cooked option too greasy then you are seriously limited

Pros:

Il personale, giovane, gentili, disponibili e attenti. Mi hanno risolto un problema in maniera veloce ed efficace. Bravi. La pulizia della camera, la dimensione e l'attrezzatura della stessa; la piscina riscaldata, con asciugamani presenti in sito; La posizione dell'albergo, nei pressi del Queen Victoria market ed all'interno del CBD;

Cons:

La colazione. Formaggi ed affettati secchi ed ingialliti e viennoiserie dura, non croccante, dura. Il resto era abbastanza vario e all'altezza.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Great location in the Melbourne CBD with flexible check-in times. We arrived just after midnight, which wasn't a problem at all, and we were warmly greeted by the friendly reception staff. The late check-in process was seamless, making our arrival easy and stress free.

Cleaning staff need to pay more attention to detail and make sure that they move furniture and clean behind things.

Overall good value for money
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and well appointed with everything we needed. There was ample supplies in the kitchenette, and the toiletries were a nice addition that you don't always see in apartment-hotels. The buffet breakfast was also excellent with generous options, and good opening times.

Cons:

We asked to move apartments after the first night due to the very noisy lift shaft keeping us awake all night. The staff were understanding and obliging in finding us an alternative apartment. I'm surprised the noisy lifts haven't been raised by others. Another group in our party on a different floor also asked to move because of how loud the mechanical noises were.
