UNINHABITABLE ROOM
Pros:

NIGHTMARE! the accommodation was VERY DIFFERENT from their posted photos. It was uninhabitable,the bed sheets were dusty and smeeled mouldy, the blankets smelled of somebody else’s body odour,the couch was heavily stained and we got insect bites after sitting for just 20mins! the manager wasn’t helpful saying that he WOULD NOT help me as I used a third party for booking and that their hotel was fully booked and yet there were 3 rooms that has a terrace that were wide opened showing its vacancy. we checked in at 3 from a cancelled flight and due to activities we left our things and got back late in the afternoon and got changed for another event but since we felt UNSAFE and big bitten terribly we left the property at 10:40pm.

整體乾淨整潔，使用停車位需要付費$20，比外面停車便宜。地理位置徒步到skyline，約13分鐘。離NCC評鑑為世界第一漢堡FERGBURGER，徒步約3分鐘。晚上餓了隔壁就是各國料理餐車。

Great location, you get what you pay for in this town. And it's expensive.
Pros:

Location is awesome. Shower, the water was hot, but pressure is low. Toilet looks new. Best breakfast was at Bespoke and the dinner at Jervious was one of the best meals I've had in NZ in a long time, including the service.

Cons:

Room 101 is right on the street and gets noisy from about 5am with rubbish trucks and tour buses. The gap under the front door means the rain and cold come in, suggest putting a towel across it. the airconditioning takes around 24 hours to warm the room, so the second night things will be comfortable, but there were three thin blankets you can put on the bed the first night to stay warm. Its been a long time since I have slept on a matress that you can feel every spring. the stains on the couches are remarkable.

The location was nice and central. Good Kitchen and clean bathroom. Great to have towels dropped in everyday.

Cons:

The unit had not been vacumed and there was some one elses hair all over the carpets, the couches and carpets are long overdue a clean and the arms have that greasy feel. Kitchen floor was filthy between the fridge and the kitchen units, Lights in the bedroom were broken as was the main dinng room light. Furniture in dining room was old and mis matched. Dirty marks on bedroom walls. Toaster buckled and bent. We booke here because we thought it looked like the phot above . Room 106 was anything but this . Tired and worn and sad. We booked and aprtment that looked totally different on booking.com. Happy to supply the owners with photos.
