I can say that it’s not worth the price, considering it’s 300 per night
Cons:

The sliding doors won’t lock. Some of the blankets are not clean. The faucet in the bathroom is two separate (hot and cold), and it’s really hassle specially when washing face. The shower is not even nice.

The room was really quite dirty, we went down stairs to let reception know, but over heard them telling another customer with the same complaint that the cleaners are not there till the morning so he cant do anything about it, so we didn't bother

Overall we were very disappointed with our stay. What we booked is not what we got or saw in the photos on Booking. We a

The location was right close to the centre.

Cons:

We booked a studio in this place because a washing machine was advertised as part of the room facilities but there was no washing machine within the room we were provided. What we were given was a filthy studio adjacent to the loud main street. I’ve never stayed in a place so dirty with stains on the walls, doors, carpets and furniture fabric.

Also the radiator was broken. As the winter season had started, we raised the broken radiator with them and they gave us a small portable radiator in return.

Hopefully they fix the radiator in the future but given the sauna in the main building was also broken and was being used as a storage space, I have my doubts at how quickly they act.
When we wanted to get hold of someone at the front desk to talk about the heating situation again, the lady had already gone home an hour before the front desk officially closed. We ended up getting through to what we assume was the manager who did eventually come round but we really weren’t expecting how difficult it would be to get hold of someone.

There was no available spaces for parking at the front of the building which created a bit of stress but they do have spaces in a nearby public car park which was reasonably accessible from the back on the hotel, although, you will be required to lift your luggage up a series of narrow steps.

Love this place comfortable well equipped great location but the bathroom cleanliness on the shower tiles is disgusting. The pink grime on the tiles in room 302 is just groose . The back splash in kitchens never been scrubbed
