A very comfortable base for our Annecy sojourn.
Pros:

Breakfast on the terrace was a delightful way to start the day before venturing out into Annecy. Our room was airconditioned with a very comfortable bed, good wifi and very quiet. All of the staff were helpful and willing to assist with any queries that we had.After a busy day out and about it was great to return and relax in the terrace garden.

Cons:

Some local bus transport information or perhaps directions to Sibra and to the Tourist Info Centre would have been welcome. Recommendations and directions to the nearest eating places would have been very valuable, especially for our first evening meal.

On our first day while my wife was having shower the bathroom got flooded, and the water started coming into the bedroom. We put a number of towels and advised the reception who tried to resolve, unfortunately she couldn't. She said the Manager would be in the following morning at 9.00am and will take care of the situation. We got up early and waited for the Manageruntil 9.30 so went to the reception and was told she wouldn't be in until 1.00pm. At this stage I hadn't had my shower for 2 days, so we went out. Returned at 1.30pm and went to the room where the Manager was fixing the blockage. She said it would take another 15 minutes so we had to go and wait at the reception. I said to her she was supposed to be sorting the situation at 9.00am, and was told she had to attend another meeting. I said to her this has caused us so much inconvenience and asked for a days refund. She advised me this was not going to happened. We had no choice but to stay as getting accommodation at the last minute is very expensive.

Beautiful hotel which I would warmly recommend for a stay in Annecy.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with a peaceful garden. The location is great with just a few minutes walk to the city center and 10 minutes to the Old Town. The hotel and the rooms were very clean and the service was friendly. The breakfast was really good and we enjoyed having it in the garden. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Annecy.

Cons:

Nothing, everting was great.

Tolle lebendige Stadt
Pros:

Tolle Lage um ans Fete de la Musique zu gehen. Gute Parkmöglichkeit einfach zu reservieren.
Das sehr gute Frühstück konnte draussen genossen werden. Das Hotel ist gut zu erreichen.
