Als wir das Hotel betreten haben, wurde uns schnell bewusst, dass der Preis von 180 Franken pro Übernachtung aus unserer Sicht nicht gerechtfertigt ist. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns nicht gestimmt. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung wirkten insgesamt veraltet und erinnerten uns an die 90er-Jahre.

Dabei möchten wir betonen, dass wir grundsätzlich nichts gegen ältere Hotels haben. Erst am Vortag hatten wir im Engadin in einem älteren Hotel übernachtet und dort viel Charme sowie eine angenehme Atmosphäre erlebt. Entscheidend ist für uns daher nicht das Alter eines Hotels, sondern der Zustand, die Pflege und das gesamte Erlebnis.

Als wir gegen 12:00 Uhr – also noch lange vor dem eigentlichen Check-in – die Räumlichkeiten betraten, wurde meinem Kind plötzlich schlecht. Da wir den Aufenthalt deshalb nicht antreten konnten, fragten wir nach einer kostenlosen Stornierung. Diese war leider auch aus Kulanz nicht möglich.

Das Frühstück war zwar quantitativ ausreichend, konnte uns qualitativ jedoch nicht überzeugen.

Insgesamt waren wir enttäuscht. Da wir das ganze Jahr über in der Schweiz reisen und regelmässig in Hotels übernachten, zählt dieser Aufenthalt für uns leider nicht zu den gelungenen Erfahrungen.

Pros:

Abbiamo prenotato 2 doppie comunicanti. Camere datate, sanitari vecchi e bidet inutilizzabile, moquette ovunque, stanza con vasca senza antiscivolo e seconda stanza con doccia minuscola, non c'è aria condizionata e porta finestra senza possibilità di poterla aprire a ribalta per far entrare un po' di aria dato che faceva molto caldo, costo extra spropositato per la presenza di cani e nessun servizio in cambio, il parcheggio se torni dopo cena difficile da trovare e comunque non sicuramente nel parcheggio privato dell'hotel ma sulla strada, salvo solo la colazione.
