Great hotel, great location
Pros:

Great room with everything you need for a short stay. Very comfortable. Breakfast included and was plentiful and tasty.
The fan in the room was very much appreciated, on such a warm couple of days.
Really good location, a minute or two walk into town or to the castle.

Cons:

Can be difficult to get a parking space in the small car park.

Pros:

Everything especially the tasteful bedroom and the cleanest bathroom I have ever been in. It looked brand new!
The Manager, James, was excellent as we're all the staff.

Cons:

Their small car park was full so we had to park in the large car park 15 minutes stay walk away up a hill.

Staff member who I believes works in the kitchen used his motorcycle to reserve two parking spots - due to you having such limited space it was disappointing that Sat did this

Rooms are small for money


Outside areas could have been monitored more by staff to make sure tables where cleared and cleaned

Fantastic, the staff were really friendly and went the extra mile to get me fan due my medical conditions
Pros:

Really nice environment, so relaxing. The lounge is and really nice atmosphere. The restaurant serves fantastic food and the included breakfast is top notch ! 100% would recommend!!

Pros:

Great location, lovely decorated, great facilities in the room, good choice for breakfast

Cons:

Our room was on the main road so a little noisy but can’t be helped, the room itself was very lovely, the shower cubicle was a little on the small size

Lovely room, lovely food and nice staff
Pros:

The hotel was very charming. The rooms lovely although a little cold at first due to the single glazed windows, but it’s an old building and once we turned the heat up it was fine. The decoration was pretty, and the restaurant was nice. Really enjoyed the burger.

Pros:

Lovely hotel in ideal location. Comfortable lounge area and very helpful staff. 11am check out was appreciated.

Cons:

Only problem was that our shower (quite a small one) wasn't draining properly, so either it over-spilled or you had to switch off occasionally. We forgot to mention this - room 210.

Exceptional.
Pros:

Exceptional. Simply exceptional. From amazing hospitality from the stuff to prime location to excellent food (the chief loves his job, and it shows!)… in addition to that: hidden (and often available) free on-site parking, resident peacocks (yes, really!), nice modern showers (probably recently renovated), great smelling toiletries, Warwick castle literally around the corner. Ha! Love this place.

For a one night stay it was so lovely to stay somewhere so high end for a reasonable price.
Pros:

The decor is beautiful. The layout is fab, and each area is really cosy. The location is fantastic, everything is within walking distance. The food was really good as well.

Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Beautifully decorated, amazing location for the castle, incredible friendly helpful staff. Room 201 was lovely.

Cons:

A lot of stairs if you’re on the 2nd floor. Specially if you have any mobility issues.
