De authentieke Engelse sfeer en gastvriendelijkheid.

Lovely place to stay in Warwick
Pros:

The hotel has had a refurb and they have made a really good job of it.
The staff are great, helpful and friendly.
It is an excellent locatiin in the middle of Warwick.

Stylish period style hotel in a great location with very comfortable rooms, would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Size and layout of room. Friendliness of staff. So helpful as well. Great location and on site parking. Loved the style and the decor.

Cons:

It didn’t effect us at the time we stayed, but air conditioning would be the only thing that would improve it. We had a fan which worked well. But there is nothing we didn’t like,

A perfect stay in a perfect hotel.. will return without a doubt
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms. High quality fittings and decor. Wonderful staff so helpful and friendly. Central yet quiet. Bar, coffee and cake, food. Superb luxury toiletries in the high end bathrooms.. fantastic stay.

Lovely hotel with historic character, great rooms and great food.
Pros:

Great room with a view of the castle, very spacious and with three windows. Excellent breakfast included. Evening meals in the restaurant were very good quality and value for money.

Thoroughly recommended.
Pros:

Room was really good - well decorated and almost homely i.e. not the usual impersonal feeling of a hotel. Location was excellent - right in the old town with lots of places to see and shops and eating places aplenty. Big park by the river with lots of activities for all ages.

Cons:

We decided to have our evening meal at the hotel and it was a little disappointing. We ordered linguini which we enjoy however this was not the same standard as all other aspects of the hotel. It was not bad just a little salty however the ingredients did not equate well with the price. It was not terribly expensive however the prawns were baby size - the size normally used to make paste. A shame really and we did give polite feedback as this was not a true reflection of the place.

Lovely centrally located hotel with excellent staff
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located in the town centre with lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance from hotel. The staff were excellent, all being friendly and always there to help. The hotel was very clean and the room even with no air conditioning was reasonably cool in the hot weather.

Cons:

The room would benefit from a chair rather than a stool in particular if you are using hotel as part of business travel. We were lucky to get a parking space at the rear of the hotel, but spaces are very limited.

Old fashioned hospitality in a great location
Pros:

We had an evening meal which didn't disappoint. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We loved the special touches in the room. Fresh milk was available plus bottles of water and lush toiletries. We loved the little rubber duck sitting in the shower. There is a peacock outside. It was only a 15 minute walk from the station and it was right in the middle of all of the attractions
