The room was clean, tidy and well furnished, with good space for the dog's bed. The shower room was clean, tidy and more than adequate for a comfortable stay. We were very appreciative of the ground floor location and access to the courtyard. the dining facilities were very good, and we enjoyed the excellent breakfasts and evening meals.
In summary, this will be our place of choice when visiting Warwick again.
No dislikes.
Wonderful hotel, extremely comfortable and quiet room. Decorated to a very high standard. Top notch tea and coffee facilities in the room, dog was welcome. We had the best stay and nights sleep.
Location, friendly staff, smart hotel.
No parking
Everything except the room size, which could have been a little larger.
Slightly small room.
Very big hotel. The breakfast was nice.
The location of the hotel was perfect, it was very clean and tidy, staff were very polite and friendly.
We were pre warned that the car park was first come first served, ended up having to park in the public carpark at West Rock which made me nervous. Fortunately my car and emblem survived the evening.
It is stylish and well decorated. Staff helpful .
Food and drink not up to rest of hotel not enough choice and gaps in the menus.
Beautiful bedroom
Breakfast was disappointing and took a while
We stayed on a 2 night BB&EM offer staying in a Superior room. Our room was accessed from the rear car park, one of four rooms and only 10 yards from the rear hotel entrance. It was very comfortable and had a walk in shower, however the room above needs some soundproofing as we were disturbed by the noise and walking around over creaking floors.
Our meals included two courses and a bottle of wine each evening, and a cream tea on any day.
Service was very good, all staff were friendly, polite and very efficient.
Daisy served us both nights in the restaurant and was most helpful in arranging a table for 6 on our second night. Sheila on our second night was also most friendly and efficient. Our meals were well prepared and served piping hot and extremely delicious. Breakfast was most pleasant with a good selection of fresh food, I loved their croissants!
The manager James was very personable and engaged with many guests and assisted in serving food and drinks in the bar and lounge area, a great ambassador for the Coaching Inn group.
The hotel is lavishly decorated with quality furnishings and plenty of seating which make this an outstanding place to eat, drink and stay. We were fortunate enough to be able to use their car park.
I would highly recommend it and would return again. Great value for money.
Lovely lunch with my wife. Highly recommend the lamb. Friendly staff and good wine list.
Decided to give The Warwick Arms a second chance for afternoon tea. What a difference it was to our original visit. The staff, including the hotel manager, were extremely friendly and the place itself decorated to a very high standard. The big difference was the food which was delicious and could not be faulted. Even the scones were warm from being freshly baked. Would we go again, yes!
Booked a table via the online booking system on 26/12/2005 for the Festive Menu for 2 people on 27/12/2025 at 13.00 hrs. Booking accepted.
Arrived at 13.05 and was advised there would be a delay due to a booking of 20 people at the same time. Not my problem. Was then advised that the Festive Menu was not available 😳. The booking system would appear to need a lot of improvement.
We ordered our food, that arrived at 14.30, 90 minutes after the booking time and not the menu we had booked for.
Sadly we won’t return
The hotel is a few minutes walk to the castle & shops/restaurants. It was comfortable because we had a larger room, but our friends' room was tiny, & wouldn't be suitable for larger folks. The Restaurant areas are attractive & plenty of seating.
I was surprised that in the Lord Nelson room, the bathroom has a very hot radiator right in front of you while sitting on the loo. You have to be careful not to burn your legs.
The location was great
