Pros:

mijn kamer was in eerste instantie redelijk stoffig. Nadat ik dit heb aangegeven werd er zonder enig probleem extra op gewezen bij de schoonmaak wat de tweede dag mijn verblijf aanzienlijk heeft veraangenaamd.

Zeer teleurstellend.

Het ontbijt was zeer goed, alsook de loungebar was prachtig.

Cons:

Wij hadden ontbijt bijgeboekt, het was niet mogelijk om dit terug te storten toen bleek dat we het ontbijt niet zouden halen wegens in het weekend pas vanaf 8:00 open en ik moest om 8:30u al op een opleiding staan in Harderwijk. Nadat receptioniste vertelde dat we ons geld niet zouden terugkrijgen dan maar snel koffie , sap en ei gegeten en de rest ingepakt en meegenomen.

Dan de kamers. Onderkant van de douchedeur zat vol schimmel, alsook het gordijn onderaan.
Er was een vieze vlek op de tapis plein in de kamer en de deur van de wc was verf verloren.

Het interieur was zeer verouderd en de sfeer was alsof je bij je oma ging slapen. Op fotos lijkt het modern maar grote teleurstelling bleek bij aankomst. Absoluut zijn 4 sterren niet waard. Eerder 2.
