Een schitterende omgeving. Het hotel zelf mag iets meer doen om de gasten te binden.
Pros:

Het uitzicht.

Cons:

Een gezellig zitje beneden als het regent gemist.
Geen drank mee mogen nemen naar het zwembad maar wel € 4.50 voor een flesje water en € 6.50 voor een klein glaasje bier rekenen.

Très bien pour une étape au bord du lac Majeur.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé dans Stresa. Parfait pour les départs vers les îles Borromées. Nous étions en rez-de-chaussée, on ne peut pas dire si la vue est belle, mais on voit le lac depuis l'hôtel. Le cadre est bien végétalisé.
Les logements est spacieux très bien équipés. La piscine qui permet aussi de nager pas que se rafraichir. Le personnel est charmant.

Cons:

La ventilation de la climatisation qui tombe sur le lit c'est pas idéal.
Le service pour charger sa voiture qui fonctionne TRES mal.
Faites simple : une prise classique. On va rester au moins la nuit donc ça suffit, et on paie sur la chambre la consommation électrique.

Ein entspannter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war nicht möglich-nur der Pool half das Ganze zu ertragen
Pros:

Am besten hat uns der Pool gefallen: 15 m lang, mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet, dort konnte man wirklich sehr gut relaxen ! Nicht so schön war, dass um 18h das Personal schon alles zusammenräumt, obwohl die Öffnungszeiten bis 20h angegeben waren (man fühlte sich "wie herausgedrängt")

Cons:

Wir hatten ein "Deluxe" Doppelzimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick gebucht - der Balkon war groß, aber leider nur mit 2 kleinen Stühlen bestückt, so dass Trocknen von Handtüchern o.ä. recht schwierig war. Zudem war die stark befahrene Straße gleich vor dem Balkon, so dass man nicht bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen konnte, selbst geschlossen hörte man noch viel vom Verkehr!
Das Zimmer als "Deluxe" zu bezeichnen ist absolut nicht angebracht: ein super kleines Zimmer, max 17-18qm groß, die Betten nur 1,80 lang, der einzige Schrank war eine 50cm breite "Kiste" mit Hängeleiste, aber ohne weitere Fächer - ansonsten gab keine Ablagemöglichkeit mehr (außer 2 kleinen Nachttischen), so dass wir aus den Koffern auf dem Boden leben mussten. Aber wirklich sehr schlimm war das Bad: so klein, dass man sich nicht einmal umdrehen konnte (s. Bilder), der Abstand von der Toilette zur Wand betrug 24 cm (!), vom Waschbecken zur Heizung 47 cm, für große oder etwas kräftigere Menschen sehr anstrengend!! Nur der Kosmetikspiegel hing auf 1,70 oder 1,75cm, was für mich mit 1,65 nicht einsehbar war und ich überlegt habe, wie große Menschen in dem Bad und auch Bett klarkommen. Und obwohl ich direkt nach Zimmerübergabe das Ganze bemängelt habe, wurde mir bestätigt, dass es sich um ein "Deluxe" Zimmer handelt -

Séjour très agréable au bord du lac majeur.
Pros:

Personnel accueillant, chaleureux et serviable.
Hôtel situé à 15min à pied du centre-ville et de l’embarcadère pour les îles.
Piscine plus qu’appréciable en période de fortes chaleurs.
Petit-déjeuner varié et copieux.

Cons:

L’esthétique extérieure austère (mais qui s’efface positivement lorsqu’il fait nuit).
Coût un peu élevé au vu des prestations.
