Accueil. Propreté. Emplacement. Cour intérieure avec piscine. Très confortable. Grande chambre. Bon petit déjeuner.
Frokosten var bra, god beliggenhet for å gå til byen. Hyggelig hotel og betjening. Greie senger. hadde en veranda med flott utsikt til Isola Bella på 20 m2. Pga varmen brukte vi den ikke. Flott uteområde med bar og basseng.
Rommet og badet var litt lite, men greit nok.

La piscina ma mancava un po’ di musica tranquilla sembrava un funerale dovevamo aspettare che si apriva il bar alle 13:00 per sentire un po’ di musica !
Lo staff del bar della piscina Non erano gentili avevano il musso tutto il tempo , apriva a partire delle 13:00 con il caldo che sta facendo potevano aprire prima!!!
Avevamo chiesto un aperitivo con maxi toast , la ragazza mi ha portato il toast con delle patatine tutte schiacciate, il aperol spritz era pieno di ghiaccio non li avevano messo quasi niente di aperol , il pane del toast sembrava vecchio aveva solo una fetta di formaggio e una fetta de prosciutto per un maxi toast ! Il tipo del bar era antipatico neanche salutava, anche per la colazione erano sempre loro senza salutare , la macchina che faceva il caffè , cappuccino era vecchia dovevamo aspettare tanto per fare 2 cappuccino, quindi non torneremo , la reception erano gentile le donne e anche quelle che facevano la pulizia il resto un disastro.!
Just back from a lovely time at this family run boutique hotel.
In a great area just at the end of the main strip so lovely and peaceful but only a 15 minute walk along the lakeshore to the main town of Stresa.
We had a room with a huge balcony/terrace overlooking the lake which was kept very clean everyday by the marvelous housekeeping staff. Only thing really missing was draw space and a bin for the room.
Great swimming pool on the premises which was lovely and quiet during the week but got a bit chaotic at the weekend when family and friends took over wasn't really a problem though as we were out exploring everyday.
Overall a fantastic value for money hotel with a great breakfast and a team that makes your stay worthwhile thanks Guys.

Staff were amazing. Great service and assisted with anything that was asked of them.
Room was good. Balcony lovely. It was bigger than the room and great view of the lake.
One minor item, the bathroom window would not shut. We had a large number of mosquito bites which may have been due to the window.

Nice hotel in a great location with everything in walking distance. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut., zu Fuss ist man in ca. 5 Minuten am See. Das Zimmer hatte Seeblick und war sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig.
Das Bad war sehr klein. Zum Frühstück gab des keine Möglichkeit ein Spiegel- bzw. Rührei zu bekommen.
