I booked a balcony room; however, I was given a room with only French doors and no actual balcony. Additionally, the plug sockets in the room were extremely stiff, making it impossible to charge my phone. I have photo evidence of this issue and will be requesting a refund.

The breakfast was also unacceptable — it was the worst I have encountered in over ten years of traveling. There was no coffee available as the machine was faulty, and there were no staff members present in the breakfast area to assist. I even went to the reception, but no one was available there either.

This experience has been deeply disappointing. I strongly urge your management to address these issues, as they reflect poorly on your establishment. I will be seeking a refund for the stay due to the false room description and poor service.
