I booked a balcony room; however, I was given a room with only French doors and no actual balcony. Additionally, the plug sockets in the room were extremely stiff, making it impossible to charge my phone. I have photo evidence of this issue and will be requesting a refund.

The breakfast was also unacceptable — it was the worst I have encountered in over ten years of traveling. There was no coffee available as the machine was faulty, and there were no staff members present in the breakfast area to assist. I even went to the reception, but no one was available there either.

This experience has been deeply disappointing. I strongly urge your management to address these issues, as they reflect poorly on your establishment. I will be seeking a refund for the stay due to the false room description and poor service.

Nette saubere Unterkunft mit Restaurant
Pros:

Liegt gut erreichbar in Fosdinovo. Zimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon. Die Unterkunft hat auch ein angeschlossenes Restaurant, welches wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und waren nur eine Nacht.

La salle de bain méritait un rafréchissement
ouverture de la salle petit déjeuner à 7h30, mais service à partir 8h, pas de pain frais, petit déjeuner très moyen.

De vloer was vies. Een grote plas regenwater stroomde vanaf het balkon naar binnen. Op de foto's zagen de kamers er veel beter uit dan ze in werkelijkheid waren. Daarnaast waren er maar weinig stopcontacten in de kamer.

Sporchissima la stanza,asciugamani macchiati e rotti, struttura non è male; ma ho subito reclamato con il personale i punti critici e mi hanno mandato nel pomeriggio una collaboratrice a cambiare le lenzuola. Il balconcino della stanza era inutilizzabile a causa di un nido di vespe sotto il tavolino, c’è stata una pioggia e il terrazzino si è allagatoper mancanza di pulizia del canale di scarico… Per me è un’esperienza da non ripetere mai più, soprattutto quando vuoi rilassarti.
