Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Kein kostenloser Transfer zum Flughafen. Sollte für 4 Personen erst 60$ und dann 55 $ kosten. Völlig überteuert! Uber kostete 13 $. Bei einem vorherigen Aufenthalt wurde ein gebuchtes und bezahltes Doppelzimmer plötzlich (trotz anderslautender Buchungsbestätigung) als Einzelzimmer deklariert und für den Partner35 $ pro Nacht zusätzlich verlangt. Eine Reklamation über Booking.com wurde in die Länge gezogen und es kam immer wieder die Mitteilung, dass 1 Person mehr als angegeben in das Zimmer wollte. Das ist Abzocke! Vorsicht!

Das Hotel ist mitten in der Stadt, also sehr zentral. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer bereit zu helfen. Der Manager, Patrick ist ein sehr außergewöhnlicher Mann. Er weiß ständig alles über seine Gäste und es ist schön sich mit ihm zu unterhalten. Auch der Receptionist Robert ist zu erwähnen. Er hat seine Reception im Griff. Das Essen war super und die Auswahl ist außergewöhnlich. Der Roof top Pool ist zwar nicht riesig aber es macht Spaß dort die Zeit zu vertreiben. Ich vermiße es.
The hotel is right in the city center, so it's very centrally located. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The manager, Patrick, is a truly exceptional man. He always seems to know everything about his guests, and it's a pleasure to chat with him. The receptionist, Robert, also deserves a mention. He has his reception area running smoothly. The food was superb, and the selection was exceptional. The rooftop pool isn't huge, but it's a fun place to spend some time. I miss it.

I absolutely loved everything from the facility to the staff and the services
Pros:

The staff were super friendly, breakfast started early, and there was a lot of variety. The room was comfortable, and the bed and pillows were very soft. The staff helped us book taxis and the safari. They were so nice and friendly from the first day, which made the experience unforgettable.

Cons:

The environment. Approaching the hotel, you couldn't tell that it had such a nice facility inside but the hotel more than made up for it

Fantastic and worth it.
Pros:

We like the location as it is within walking distance from the city centre . We spent only one night and we had breakfast the morning that we arrived . It a was great buffet breakfast with a large variety to choose from. the next morning we left very early and we were given a packed breakfast and hot chocolate drinks. Wow!! and for us this was fantastic. despite the short stay we had a very good experience with the staff at the reception and the staff who were serving during breakfast.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything major that we didn’t like as such . But one minor thing is that there were no bathrobes and guest slippers in the room, but we managed. Other than that all was superb.
