Decent centrally located hotel near Nairobi University
Pros:

Location in CBD and near Nairobi Univercity. Level of service and hospitality. Great breakfast with fresh fruit and options for omelette.

Cons:

Could do with a little touch up in interiors here and there, but it didn’t lessen the experience.

Pros:

The staff was super helpful with everything - money exchange, express checkout, early breakfast, taxi reservations.

Cons:

I had hoped to book a massage at the spa, but no one answered the telephone. I went up there after lunch and no one was there. A man working at the pool near the spa took my room number and said he would have someone call me, but they never did. Despite this minor complaint, everything at the hotel was excellent.

Pros:

The staff are exceptionally welcoming and attentive to details. They helped resolve any query we had and went over and above to make our stay comfortable. Food was really good!

Cons:

The twin deluxe room we booked ended up being smaller than we saw in the pictures. It was a bit cramped for me and my daughter.
