Pros:

Excellent, attentive staff. We stayed here on two separate nights, and the hotel offers incredible value for money. The restaurant and spa were both surprisingly good, making it an excellent choice for a stopover in Nairobi.

Clean and comfortable with friendly staff
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Patrick helped with my luggage and showed me where everything was in the room. My room was clean and comfortable. I spent one night before heading out on safari and have no complaints.

Nice and clean room, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay
Pros:

Nice and clean room with good facilities. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, who all gave us an amazing experience from check-in to check-out. Especially porter Patrick took great care of us and delivered exceptional service. The restaurant is good, and our airport transport was sublime.
