Nairobi Experience
Pros:

The staff was outstanding. Very helpful and courteous. Guess relationship manager Florence was exceptional. The location was a few minutes walk from the city center.

Moins bien qu’espéré

La localisation centrale.
La chambre spacieuse.
Petit déjeuner relativement bon.

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés un peu en avance pour le check-in. (Un peu avant 11h) On a rapidement pris nos passeports mais on a dû attendre 1 heure et demi avant que la chambre soit prête (vers 12h30) mais personne ne nous a tenu au courant. Si on nous avait informé du délai on aurait pu faire autre chose (comme aller déjeuner) au lieu de poireauter dans le lobby.

Dans la salle de bains en arrivant j’a trouvé une boule de cheveux par terre juste devant la douche.

Le matelas de notre lit King size était assez vieux et gondolé. Pas des plus confortables.

Un peu déçu donc car j’espérais mieux.

Security at the entrance is very intrusive, much more so than elsewhere.
The scrambled eggs were among the best I’ve had in a very long time.

Cons:

small dark room - the staff seems extremely unhappy, which certainly points to a management issue. I asked to meet the General Manager, but this proved impossible.

The hotel itself is so gloomy that it gives no desire to return. I was coming from a Best Western in Ethiopia, which was of an excellent standard compared to this one.

I would also add that the hotel is misleading by displaying 4 stars on Booking, while it is actually officially classified as a 3-star hotel. Personally, I would rate it no more than 2 stars (the omelette being the only exception).

Enjoyable stay again overall.
Pros:

Staff is wonderful and friendly. Food is good. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast and room service. Good value overall. Pool is warm and nice gym and spa services. There were however several cockroaches in our room and others reported seeing them on the 4th floor. We let the front desk know. Am a repeat guest

Cons:

The roaches. And lighting in room is confusing to work. All else good.

Pros:

Πολύ βοηθητική τοποθεσία για κάποιον που θέλει να έχει μια γεύση του κέντρου της πόλης. Είναι επίσης σε σωστό σημείο για σύντομες αποστάσεις με μεταφορικό μέσο για πιο ήσυχες προτιμήσεις.

Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend, ein Spaziergang im Umfeld ist auch am Abend möglich. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und sehr hilfsbereit.
