Gran experiencia
Pros:

La atención del personal y el cuarto. Los tragos del bar también están deliciosos

Cons:

Que se apagaba la luz del cuarto constantemente y tenía que prenderlas de nuevo. No sé si había que hacer algo especial para que eso no pasara.

Pros:

This was the best stay we had in whole Mexico. Even though the electricity was cut off for a couple of hours when we arrived, the personnel helped us with candles and everything we needed. Bathroom in the bedroom is a HUGE plus. We were very comfortable. The bed is amazing, the shower is convenient and it doesn’t have windows going outside, so the noise from the motorcycles was not too loud. Highly recommend! They have very nice breakfast with fresh juices in the lobby too!

It was truly lovely and I would happily stay here again. It far exceeded my expectations

Great location, great design, very comfortable bed and linens, great bathroom and shower, very helpful staff

Cons:

Really nothing. I didn’t love schlepping up and down steps but I knew that would be the case going in. They were at least beautifully tiled stairs

Muy lindas instalaciones y buena ubicación

Cons:

Decía que incluía desayuno pero solo ofrecía un opción de café solo y un plato de fruta. Cualquier cambio o agregado se pagaba aparte, lo cual para la categoría del hotel fue sorpresivo y escaso.

Our stay was superb. We highly recommend William Hotel and would stay there again.
Pros:

We highly recommend William Hotel. The location is fantastic and the staff extremely helpful. The adjoining restaurant, La Americana, has very good food. We at there twice. The rooms are a bit small but beautifully decorated and well appointed. The toiletries provided are top notch. The shower is wonderful.

Cons:

There isn’t anything that we didn’t like. Our stay was superb.

Excelente ubicación y todas las comodidades.
Pros:

La cama muy cómoda, excelentes amenitis, terraza con tragos. Muy buena la ubicación.

Cons:

Es algo que no es del hotel, pero podrían tener en cuenta. Pedimos un taxi para el traslado a CDMX, y el vehículo no estaba en condiciones de hacer ese viaje.
Sin aire acondicionado, sin cinturones de seguridad ni apoya cabezas en asientos traseros. Muy inseguro.
