Just finished a wonderful stay at the Le Sen Boutique Hotel. Greatly enjoyed our stay. Lovely accommodations with a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. The hotel’s restaurant had incredible food. The menu was very health conscious with different Elements for a set local menu — we particularly enjoyed earth and fire. The breakfast was also great!
Outstanding food and service. Ms. Pouy and Mr. Bank went above and beyond and even offered us a ride back to our hotel. 10/10 would recommend

This boutique hotel was such an unexpected blessing. The atmosphere is peaceful and calming, and the interior is absolutely beautiful every detail is so thoughtfully designed.
What truly made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. Their service felt genuine and full of heart.
I’m so grateful for this experience and would definitely love to come back again.
A stunning boutique hotel and oasis of calm in Luang Prebang. Beautifully decorated, very spacious room, great attention to detail (cookies left every day), superb new spa, wonderful breakfasts and great restaurant. The service was exceptional. I would rename this hotel - Le Zen (we felt immediately transported into a relaxed and peaceful oasis of calm as soon as we stepped foot into the hotel).
The location is just a little outside the old town but this made no difference as there was a free shuttle service operated by the hotel which actually worked out very well and we hardly ever had to wait more than 5 minutes for a ride.
Very peaceful boutique hotel with spa facilities. Staff all went above and beyond, great breakfast and nice pool. Room was simple but had everything, even treats every night!
There were a lot of mosquitoes in our room when we arrived. The repellant wasn't turned on and they should have sprayed before we arrived. Still I got a 30min workout chasing and swatting them!!

The staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, with a tasteful blend of French colonial and Lao design.
The à la carte breakfast was varied, beautifully presented, and delicious.
Special thanks to Mr. Vard, the manager, for his outstanding service ,from reservation changes to arranging transport and tickets, everything was handled perfectly.

This is a little gem of a hotel. It is very serene. The rooms are well appointed and sized. The people couldn't be any sweeter or nicer. The food is EXCELLENT. I had a foot massage and my husband had a full body massage. Both were really nice. The spa is lovely. There is a gym, a pool, a van to transport you around, if needed. It is well located. Really liked this small boutique hotel.

I rarely write reviews, and this one is admittedly long overdue, but my experience at Len Sen Boutique Hotel was so positive that I felt a responsibility to finally share it. It is rare to find a hotel so beautifully integrated and connected to its community while providing such a personalized and catered experience for guests. Len Sen achieves this balance, and deserves five stars.
The incredible, personalized care from every single member of the team is what truly sets this hotel apart. The staff roster is filled with stars! From arrival, Noudny was an absolute gem, providing a personal touch and ensuring all my needs were met throughout my entire trip. The seamless communication via WhatsApp was fantastic, allowing me to contact the team instantly with any requests.
The service extends everywhere. After a wonderful breakfast, Ning surprised me with a complementary massage one of my mornings, a truly thoughtful gesture! Golf was constantly attentive at breakfast, greeting me by name and even preparing a special takeout breakfast the morning I left early for Kuang Si Falls. Phon and Lily were also wonderful, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere every morning. The experience concluded perfectly thanks to Phat and Dao, who handled checkout with efficiency and grace.
This level of detail, always being addressed by name, constantly taken care of, and frequently offered the shuttle, made my stay feel very welcoming.
While some visitors worry about being slightly removed from the center, I absolutely loved the location! Being away from the main tourist area offers a quieter, more authentic experience, with a beautiful Wat close by and great local restaurants just a short walk away.
I had great conversations with Vard and Phou about the hotel's mission and their exciting dreams for the space. I was impressed by their commitment to the local area, which includes hosting community activities like a rotating run club and Pilates sessions, alongside their plans to open a fantastic new bar. The way Le Sen integrates is a really unique aspect of this hotel.
A quick logistical note: While the service here is flawless, this is a beautiful tropical setting, so you might encounter a few mosquitos (as you would anywhere!). There was also the occasional blip with the Wi-Fi, but honestly, the staff was so wonderful and the atmosphere so relaxing, these were easily ignored.
I wholeheartedly recommend Len Sen Boutique Hotel. They offer much more than a room; they offer an unforgettable, community-focused experience.
This is probably one of the prettiest hotels on our 7 week journey through Southeast Asia.
Staff is very friendly, the grounds are beautiful and breakfast from a menu. There is also an adequate workout room and small pool. It's a little ways from the old town, but they have bikes, which are perfectly adequate for the distance. I would definitely stay there again.
A very lovely quiet hotel. Service was impeccable and setting was beautiful. It was close enough to walk to the night market but a shuttle and bicycles are available. Would stay there again.
