Peaceful, beautiful pool and surroundings, excellent staff, lovely eating area, delightful afternoon tea.
No bedside table and lamp on one side of the double bed. Light too dim for reading.
Too far out but very obliging drivers delivered and collected us from town.

The staff are very kind and friendly, with lots of little complimentary gifts provided. The room was large, light and very well set up. The bathroom and shower were great. The pool is really nice and the overall hotel is peaceful and green.
The breakfast offered many options, but the quality of the food wasn't great.
What an absolutely exceptional hotel, beautiful in every way,food, staff, pool, room, pickup bus, just wonderful.
The only little thing was that the room would smell mouldy without the air purifier running constantly.

Viel Liebe zum Detail mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten (persönlicher Willkommensgruß, immer wieder kleine Aufmerksamkeiten, persönlicher Kontakt zu dem Mitarbeitern). Tolles Spa ! Frühstück a la Carte mit kreativer Karte statt herkömmlichem Buffet. Der Eco Gedanke wurde toll umgesetzt ohne das es sich wie "Verzicht auf etwas" angefühlt hat - im Gegenteil. Danke für die schöne Zeit !!!
Lage ok. Zu Fuß zum Nightmarket ca. 30 min. Mit lokaler Taxi-App in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Afternoon tea excellent, petit-déjeuner incroyable, cocktails originaux et bons, et un des meilleurs spa (pour le massage ou les soins du visage, j’y suis retournée 3 fois ! Merci à Souk pour les soins excellents)
La navette gratuite est très pratique et l’hôtel est très arrangeant.
Tout est pensé pour une expérience agréable, on repart de l’hôtel reposé.
La piscine est agréable et bien entretenue.
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, et le recommanderons autour de nous.
I just left Le Sen after a few nights in Luang Prabang with great memories. The hotel stands out for its excellent service, kind personal and attention to detail (lot of nice little surprises such as a welcome foot spa, little gifts). They really went the extra mile to make this stay great.
The facilities are well designed and the property is managed with a lot of care.
The location is about 15 min walk to the center only and on top the hotel shuttle operates any time requested within few minutes, which is very comfortable especially at night time. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area offers a calm, relaxing environment to take a little break during explorations.

It’s a bit of a walk to the center but the private shuttle fully compensates for that.
What can I say? Le Sen is simply the perfect place to spend a few days in Luang Prabang. Le Sen is quietly located on the edge of the center. On foot, it’s about 20 minutes to the night market. But there’s a free hotel shuttle that runs several times a day. When you go through the reception into the interior of the charming property, you experience an oasis of calm, and immediately get a feeling of relaxation and rejuvenation. Everything is arranged with love and designed in great detail. The rooms are wonderfully cozy, the beds are comfortable, and the wet area is exceptionally nice. There is also a lovely afternoon Tea available in the restaurant.
Every employee is very dedicated to their job and does outstanding work. The service is fantastic. At the spa, we had a wonderful massage. Ms. On and Ms. Souk did an excellent job and have magical hands!
In the small restaurant, there are local and international dishes of very good quality. The breakfast is hearty and all wishes are freshly prepared and brought to the table.
All is very clean and everyone is so friendly. For your money, you definitely get something good!

Everything is superlative. Fantastic rooms and villa is outstanding with its private garden and jacuzzi. The reception people couldn t be more helpful. The restaurant is also 5* and imho beats all the ones in the town. We rented the electric scooters and it was fun - though the hotel picks and drops on demand to and from anywhere. A trully luxurious experience.

The stay at Le Sen was fantastic. This place is a gem and not because of the nice rooms, the delicious and healthy offerings at the restaurant, the relaxing spa, or the beautiful pool area, it’s the staff. From the managers and front desk staff (like Vard, Pookie, Emmanuel, Phat) to the restaurant staff (like Bank, Golf/Mr.Kop, Pouy) and the spa staff (like Ning and Ms. On), our stay was personalized and restorative! Every staff member showed the utmost professionalism and genuine kindness.
We (3 persons) stayed three nights in the villa room and enjoyed our stay very much. It started with a lovely welcoming ceremony from the Spa, over the delicious breakfast and the outstanding friendly staff.
There are bicycles to be rent for free as well as a free shuttle to the city centre, even though the city centre is in 15 min walking distance.
The only little minus point is the pricing strategy of the Spa which - even with the offered discount - is quite expensive compared to other local Spa’s.
We will come back. 😊
