Pros:

口コミ通り素敵なホテルでした。ロビーから出た時の風景は忘れられないほど美しく、お部屋も清潔でした。
朝食が美味しく有名なようですが、口コミ通りです。
色々なお料理を注文しましたが、自家製ヨーグルトがとても美味しかったです。

また、一歳の子供も一緒に宿泊しましたが、みなさん子供と遊んでくれて、お子さん連れにもお勧めしたいホテルです！夜にはバーでお酒を注文して、子供を見守り見ながらお部屋でお酒も楽しめました！
ルアンパバーンで素敵な思い出をありがとうございました。

Relaxed and well cared for by the staff.
Pros:

Beautiful peaceful atmosphere. Rooms are lovely. Air purifier in the room is great. Staff are incredibly friendly. My stay over Lao New Year was excellent. Breakfast and restaurant food was lovely.

Fantastic hospitality and dining experience

We truly enjoyed our time here. Special thanks to the lobby reception staff （Noudny, Vard, Ben, driver and etc…)for their impeccable service and warm welcome. The breakfast was also a standout feature of our stay, excellent variety and top-notch quality. Highly recommend a small and beautiful hotel.
Pros:

This hotel is beautiful and we’d highly recommend it. Very helpful and friendly staff. We loved the pool for it was in the shade and very refreshing after a hot day of waterfalls and caves! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, surrounded by a beautiful setting.plus they have a handy free shuttle service to the night market.

Our stay at Le Sen was perfect. The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived. There were lots of nice touches including complimentary snacks by the pool and van drop off where ever we needed. It is one of the best places we have stayed.

Pros:

L’hotel zen, la salle de sport, les petits déjeuners, les petites intentions (petits gateaux etc), la navette gratuite vers le centre ville et les services rendus et un personnel au top.

Cons:

Rien - mais pas de capsules nexpresso tous les jours :-(. L’eau de la piscine un peu froide.

A Unique and Wonderful Experience
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at SEN Spa Luang Prabang. The therapists were highly professional, incredibly kind, and truly attentive to our wishes. You can feel that they work with genuine care and heart.

We enjoyed both the Tibetan singing bowl massage and the warm oil massage. As a Reiki teacher, I am very sensitive to energy and I can clearly recognize when a space and practitioners work in a clean and balanced way. This is exactly what I experienced here.

During the session, all my energy centers were gently cleared and re-energized through the sound of the singing bowls and the deeply regenerating massage. It was a powerful yet very calming experience.

My husband, who is not an energy worker, also reached a state of deep relaxation and felt completely renewed afterward.

The therapists have received professional training from a very experienced specialist who, interestingly, is also a Reiki Master. This clearly reflects in their mindful, intuitive, and professional approach.

The hotel manager, Emanuelle, speaks about his team with great enthusiasm and appreciation, and it is easy to understand why. The care, professionalism, and warmth of the therapists make this spa truly special.

We highly recommend SEN Spa Luang Prabang and will definitely return.

Tranquil stay in beautiful surroundings, friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

This was a beautiful hotel on the edge of Luang Prabang. Peaceful atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff in the hotel and the restaurant . They even gave us some cakes for our trip to Nong Khiaw - and a welcome back when we returned two days later. We were offered their version of afternoon tea, which not only looked pretty but was extremely tasty.

The best hotel in Luang Prabang
Pros:

Le Sen deserves so much more than 5 stars. The service is on another level and the atmosphere is amazing.
The rooms were clean and roomservice came by multiple times thourghout the day.
The hotel staff were incredibly kind and very attentive. The hotel felt like a second home, making it a bit painful to leave.

Cozy & Small Boutique Hotel
Pros:

Le Sen is a small cozy boutique hotel with natural atmosphere. I like overall hotel decoration which looks so homey with little cute details of flower decorations.
Breakfast is so good. There are variety of foods including Luang Pra Bang dishes and simple western dishes. I recommend Ham & Cheese Croissant and Avocado on Toast & Eggs. Most of dishes are delicious. I had a good experience staying in this Hotel.
