Wszystko super! Bardzo dobre jedzenie :)

Cons:

Basen czynny tylko do godziny 18:00, oraz bar serwujący drinki od 23:00 do 24:00 dodatkowo płatne :/

Ubicacion , calidad comida excepcional

Cons:

Area de mejora, en los horarios del restaurante: si el desayuno indica hasta las 10.30h, y tu vas a desayunar a las 10h10' ( ejemplo ) tienes que desayunar corriendo porque a las 10.20h ya te estan avisando de que en 10' se cierra.
Si indica hasta las 10.30, si quiero ir a desayunar a las 10.20h esta permitido, y se finaliza la jornada de restauracion cuando el cliente ha finalizado la comida, independiente del horario laboral del trabajador. Lo mismo en el turno de medio dia y noche.

Pleasant stay in a fantastic location - definitely room to improve though
Pros:

Location was excellent along with the staff. The pool areas was great as well.

Cons:

Sun loungers were a bit uncomfortable. The food was a bit hit and miss - a few really great things and a some really bad things - breakfast was not great at all though.

Pros:

Todo hermoso, la atención super bien, desde recepción hasta restaurant (solo una señora media antipática y sin ayudar), el resto todo genial.

Cons:

Hubiese estado mejor tener opciones sin gluten como pan de molde que sea más fácil de tostar, porque da un pan congelado y si te afecta la contaminación cruzada no podes tostarlo y el resto de las comidas te haría mal.

Super verblijf gehad!
Pros:

We hebben een heel goed verblijf gehad. We konden eerder inchecken, de slaapruimte was schoon en werd goed schoon gehouden, het eten was wisselend en voor een all inclusive echt van goede kwaliteit. Bij het zwembad was het veelal fijn rustig en we hebben echt kunnen genieten. 99% van het personeel was heel vriendelijk en bij het eten zorgen ze ervoor dat snel jouw borden worden afgeruimd. We hebben echt een top verblijf gehad en ik zou het aan iedereen aanraden!

Cons:

De bedden waren wel erg hard en één receptie mevrouw was minder vriendelijk.

Cadre agréable mais repos impossible, chambre en mauvaise état.

Personnel agréable

Cons:

Odeur des sanitaires désagréables dans la chambre, humidité et multiples blattes dans la chambre.
Musique trop forte en journée en face de notre chambre. Bruit des livraisons tôt le matin. Meuble abimé et gonflé par l'humidité.

Pros:

Complimenti a tutto lo staff dalla reception al ristorante e alle signore delle pulizie, tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Un grazie particolare a Micol, Matteo, Dario e Silvia, e Luca del ristorante ! Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana con il nostro bimbo di 2 anni! Al compleanno di mio marito ci hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia di prosecco in camera offerta dalla struttura. Il migliore dei resort di Corralejo.

We had a great time at this hotel !
Pros:

We have just returned from this lovely hotel and had a brilliant holiday ,the food is very good and the breakfast is amazing ,all staff are helpful and polite there is a really good atmosphere in the hotel with lots of activities both day and night we met lots of lovely people .The hotel is really clean and in a central location which is great we will definitely return to this hotel in the future !special thanks to Arthur and Julia animation also the hotel manager who was very efficient!
