Nice hotel. Good location. Friendly staff. Very clean room.
The rooms were comfortable and very clean as was the whole complex.
The food was a bit disappointing. I don’t expect to be served chicken nuggets!
The salads and the desserts were very nice.
Maybe serve some cheese at lunchtime as well as evening.
The pool area was very nice but such a shame that the pool was not heated as it was freezing.
Świetna obsługa, czysto, pyszne jedzenie, kelnerzy robią świetne drinki i nie żałują alkoholu
Part of booking our holiday was checking the reviews on Tripadvisor of the potential hotels. This often feels like a soul destroying experience so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the reviews for this hotel which were very good. To our joy we discovered that the hotel was easily as good as people had said it was. In general we felt like valued guests throughout our stay. The things that stood out for us were :-
1) Our plane was 2.5hrs late so meant we’d arrive after the evening meal had finished. I rang the hotel to let them know and the English spoken by (all) the reception staff was excellent and they let us know they would put out some food for late arrivals. The food they made available was excellent, both mains and desserts. Additionally when we arrived it was dark so the receptionist took us to our room to get us settled in after such a long journey.
2) The hotel is basically ground floor and first floor studio apartments arranged in a number of buildings around the pool. This makes the whole experience feel very homely rather than previous skyrise hotel experiences we have had. The room layout means the bed and en-suite is separate to the lounge and balcony which again gives it a more relaxed feel especially as you don’t have to get past your bed every time you want to go out on the balcony.
3) The Bluesea hotel chain is very environmentally aware with separate bins to enable recycling etc etc. Whilst they will clean and tidy your room, change towels etc every day you can opt not to have that done and they reward you with benefits. When we were there, for each day you didn’t have cleaning you could choose either 2 cocktails not in the All Inclusive plan or have an hour in the outdoor jacuzzi with a bottle of cava. We did both and really felt like we were helping them to be environmental.
4) We had a small problem in our room half way through the holiday. Reception were on it straight away and a maintenance guy came and fixed it within a couple of hours.
5) All the staff whether they were in the restaurant, bars, reception, cleaners etc were really friendly and helpful.
6) The room includes air conditioning, a fridge and a safe, none of which you are charged extra for.
We didn’t do any of the day time activities but they were just below our balcony and it was clear everyone was having a good laugh and enjoying themselves.
All in all this hotel was fantastic and frankly a step apart from the normal service you get in the bigger hotels. Add in the fact that Corralejo is a lovely town with great beaches and lots to do and I wouldn’t think twice about coming and staying here again.
Das freundliche Personal
Das all-inclusive-buffet könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Die lokale Küche war toll, hätte aber für mich etwas weniger Fish and Chips sein können
The staff were fantastic could not do enough for you
I found that the food was poor and undercooked most of the time and the choice wasn’t much to be desired
Nice hotel, been twice before three/four years ago. It has changed brand since then to Bluesea from La Branda. We like the layout of the rooms as they have a separate sitting area from the bedroom. The staff are very pleasant many have been there for years. The food was excellent with plenty of choice, for us anyway. The entertainment team were quite quiet just asking respectfully if you wanted to join in. Much better than when under La Branda which was very noisy at times. They played relaxing low level music around the pool bar which was nice. The housekeeping team did a good job, we asked not to service it a couple of days. No complaints at all. The only thing for us was the weather, which wasn't great but you can't control that!
We really liked the hotel but unfortunately we had to stay at a nearby hotel for 1 night as there was an issue with our room. We were able to use both hotels and had the opportunity to stay at the other hotel so we did not have to relocate, however it was not as nice as the one we booked.
As compensation we were given a cabana for the day with a bottle of fizz (which doesn’t really cut it when paying for All Inclusive). We were also able to use the jacuzzi for an hour but it wasn’t in a good location and cold. We were only there 4 nights so it was a shame that 25% of our stay was at a hotel we would never have booked!
Great location and really friendly staff.
Food was nice but we decided to eat out 2 nights as there are some great restaurants nearby.
We have never done All inclusive before but a great selection of drinks and food especially breakfast and lunch.
Last visited 3 years ago under the Labranda Brand. Now changed to Blue Sea. Many of the staff are the same and very nice. The place is spotless. The food has improved from our last visit, the low key animation team are good and not over the top unlike the past Italian team who were blasting out music all day by the pool. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a relaxing break with good food and nice facilities.
This was our second stay at this hotel. We were there for christmas and loved it so much we had to go back. The hotel rooms, pool and communial areas are very clean. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Great choice of food. The location is excellent and a short walk to the beach.
We’ve just returned from 10 nights at this hotel and we loved every minute of it.
There was plenty of variety for each meal. Wide range of fresh salad, meats and cheese. The hotel was really busy, assuming due to it being carnival but there was no wait for a table, no large queues and always plenty of food to choose from. You also get an actual mug for hot drinks in the restaurant.
We didn’t stay in the hotel much on a night as we like to go out however the few nights we didn’t stay, lager was served in a pint glass which isn’t something you find for all inclusive. The night time entertainment was decent too.
We were located on the ground floor directly behind Burger King and couldn’t hear any noise from the Main Street. An added bonus for me was greeting the dogs that are in the car valet place behind Burger King. Absolute highlight of my day. Our room was directly above the bar and this didn’t bother us at all. We managed to sleep through any noise.
Rooms were cleaned daily and the staff are really polite and friendly, always making a point of saying hello when you walk passed them.
For us, the only downside was lack of parking. We hire a car and there is not hotel car park. It took quite a while circling the area around the hotel to find somewhere to park. Obviously this doesn’t affect the majority of people.
100% will be booking to stay again in the future.
Stayed here for 10 nights from March 4th. Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a great location and is near the Main Street ant buzz of Corralejo but is like a quiet haven as you enter the hotel itself. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The rooms are very spacious although I did find the bed a bit on the hard side. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was very good with plenty of variety. The entertainment could have been better. I would certainly choose this hotel again and recommend it highly.
An excellent stay at the Corralejo Village in a good location not far from beach or main town centre. ( 5 to 10 mins walk to both) My 6th visit to this hotel, always at the end of Feb/early March. Friendly efficient staff who help make the holiday. Very good restaurant with a wide choice to please everyone. Rooms serviced daily.
Only criticism is the pool could be warmer but once in it OK.
Shall be looking to book soon for next years return.
Where to start....We have just got back after a last minute break due to our booked one being cancelled (Dubai) We was allocated room 701.
Would we return, no as not our standard and not a 4* as advertised with Thomas Cook.
Pros- majority of the staff are really nice and helpful. Good location.
Cons-General cleanliness of the hotel especially the room. Dirty marks on voil, curtains. Marks on bathroom door that look like poo, mould in the shower, broken pull out bed to name a few issues. Rips in chairs in the room.
Food is what you generally expect for an all inclusive much of a muchness but when they reheat baked beans from the morning for lunch and just add peppers is a whole new level. We ended up eating out 4 evenings and 3 lunches.
One of the cleaners left our door open while we was out so it was a good job we put our valubles in a safe as you never know who might have walked in.
We was offered a room change on the second day but all rooms seem to be of the same standards. Shown 2 rooms in 800 block and both rips/dirt on curtains. Cleaner was sent to clean the bathroom door and mould....after 2 hours returned and mark was still on the door so ended up cleaning it ourselves.
In generale tutto
Al bar le poltrone che non hanno i filtrini sotto i piedini quando li spostano è veramente fastidioso
Stayed here last week in February and had a great time, all staff were first class and the room was clean and spacious, food in restaurant was very good although a couple of times it seemed a bit bland but you could always find something to eat entertainment was a bit iffy, bingo, quiz and singers, one girl who was on one night was excellent can't remember her name, all in all we had a great time and would definitely return if we came back to Corralejo.
Hotel is in a fantastic location quiet but close to everything, music square beach and shops
A beautiful hotel, staff always helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the location brilliant near the main street but not to near a peaceful location. Would defiantly go again. The restaurant was well run the food, what you would expect from a four star hotel.
Great hotel in a spot on location. Short walk to either the beach or music square. Rooms nice and fresh. Would definatley stay here again.
