Quarta esperienza nella struttura in tre anni.
Praticamente ho apprezzato tutto: l'accoglienza, la cortesia e disponibilità dello staff, la posizione centrale ma tranquilla, la qualità dei servizi, l'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassata dell'ambiente, la cucina, che offre piatti per ogni gusto ed esigenza.
Leggermente da migliorare la pulizia delle camere, non sempre impeccabile. .
Vacanza comunque perfetta e da rifare!

Rooms are very clean and look modern , the staff are lovely and are always happy to help,
Cleaners came everyday and did a fantastic job ( we did refuse cleaning the day after as it didn’t need doing due to us arriving late at night )
There was nothing really we didn’t like ( beds was alittle uncomfortable but we have definitely stayed in places with the worst beds )
We did find a little odd that they did chips at breakfast and one day there was carrots ( I guess some people like that )

We loved the warm hospitality we received from all staff, including the restaurant staff and housekeeping. Our room was always clean which was always appreciated. Good variety of food across all the meals of the day. Location was perfect!
Was quite difficult to get a chair around the pool as people would go from early morning to reserve. Regardless, we spent most of our time exploring the island but it’s something to note if you’re interested in the pool facilities.

I was very disappointed with my stay, as several issues significantly affected our holiday.
The air conditioning in our apartment was leaking water. I reported the problem to reception, and although someone came to repair it, the issue was not resolved. Eventually, I realised I was spending too much of my holiday making complaints, so I gave up and simply placed a bucket underneath to collect the water.
I also requested a safe for our apartment. I was told one would be provided, but this never happened. In the end, I was advised to put my valuables in a plastic bag and leave them at reception. I did not feel comfortable doing that, so I had to carry my passport, money, and other valuables with me everywhere I went, which caused unnecessary stress throughout the holiday.
Another disappointment was that this was the first time I have stayed in a four-star property where no toiletries were provided. In addition, towels were not changed unless guests specifically went to reception to request it, and there was no room cleaning service during the entire week of our stay.
Overall, these issues meant that the accommodation did not meet the standard I would expect from a four-star property, and they had a negative impact on what should have been a relaxing holiday.
reservamos en el hotel y nos dieron unos apartamentos al lado, mal señalizado no pone ninguna indicación.
La posizione della struttura vicino alla città è alla spiaggia.La struttura molto curata è pulita ,il servizio bar vicino alla piscina Top .Il cibo in abbondanza è molto vario !
Un punto in meno per la Palestra ,molto piccola e macchinari fuori uso .
Nothing to be honest
The whole 1 bed they booked us into. 4☆not a hope. Pool not open. Looked like a glorified caravan park tbh. No satisfaction when asked to move to the 4☆ we were promised even if i paid the extra i was willing
The hotel was excellent and conveniently located. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, except for one blonde lady in the restaurant, who was less courteous than the rest of the team, telling guests what to do and what not to. Everyone else was exceptionally polite and made me feel very welcome. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff—the hotel was spotlessly clean throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.
Me gusto mucho la atención del personal, muy simpático y alegre.
El buffet mucha variedad, bueno, pero mejorable en algunos aspectos.
mejoraría la cama, ya que era algo incómoda y dura para ser un alojamiento de cuatro estrellas. Cuando querías ir a por tumbonas en el área de la piscina es verdad que estaba bastante ocupado por muchísimas personas que dejaban en la toalla y se iban a desayunar a primera hora de la mañana.
Nos faltó también más espectáculos por la noche y más musiquita, contando también que el bar cerraba súper pronto.
Ampliaría hasta mas tarde el área de comidas, y cenas, porque era horario extranjero, no español. El buffet de la cena por ejemplo cerraba a las 21:30.
