Pros:

一座極具代表性的高級湖邊酒店，位置於太湖的月亮灣，附近有很多美食，酒店在夜間配合周邊的燈飾更為漂亮。內部設施中規中矩，需感覺豪華，只是電視机尺寸較為過時，早餐極為豐富，服務員態度親切。

Pros:

do not go to this hotel, they are really scammer, see the standard of room and facility that is in the name of sheraton, electrical DB in your room, no ventilation in bathroom, bad interior and cheapo amenities. Hotel F&B staff dunno USPH, they clean floor with ditergent and then use same glove to cook your noodle, what the hell! Just watch out!

Interesting architecture, poor service!
Pros:

Interesting architecture and nice illumination at night. Worth a short visit

Cons:

The service was very poor, not what you expect at a Sheraton hotel. The lady at the checkout was without any reason very unfriendly. In the restaurant the service was not at all attentive, they even forgot our order! And we had to ask for getting a clean table! Very disappointing! The bar on top of the hotel is closed.

Glitzy hotel, interesting spa, food at the Chinese restaurant was good.
Pros:

We arrived late at the hotel. Had glimpses of the beautiful lightings but rushed for dinner and then to the spa. By 10 pm, all the lights were switched off. Therefore must arrive at the hotel by 3 pm to enjoy the spa and see the evening lights
Breakfast was good

Cons:

One of the twin bedded room configuration had huge pillars, long rectangle and a very inconvenient toilet

It was surprised to smell the smoke when we were heading downstairs to check out,Very disappointed for 4star hotel like this 。Would be nice to control the cigarette smoke from the gusts .

Good experience
Pros:

The hotel itself is resort for a hot spring area.
I stayed there before the room had an awful smell. But this time it was very clean and very luxurious. Marble walls and floors. The design itself you feel it is a little bit old .
breakfast had choices for western taste.
