Great location and great selection of food and drinks
As all adults on holiday I think the middle pool should be kid free

El servicio de limpieza tan temprano
Good location. Our private pool was the only good thing about the apartment.
The apartment was very old. All the furniture was very old and worn and in bad need of replacing. The only way to describe it is as though everything was just a bit broken to some extent. It appeared the property hasn't been occupied in some time. We also never saw anyone in the neighboring apartments.
The Kitchen:
We were extremely disappointed with the kitchen facilities. We had to ask for an oven tray to cook food on and even when we received it, the oven kept tripping our power and had to be replaced on day 1. The freezer was left opened and frozen over before we arrived, that also had to be sorted on day 1. The fridge was not cold enough and all our food kept going moldy, we threw out so much food we ended up just eating out. We found a lot of ants all over the sink and on our cloth and tea towel, and even after we cleaned, they kept coming back so we no longer felt the kitchen clean enough to prepare food and didn't have sufficient tools to deep clean it. We ended up wasting so much money on groceries to be thrown out and eating out instead.
My partner was very ill 2 out of our 7 night stay and we suspect that maybe the ham and other food we stored in the fridge, wasn't refrigerated well enough and made him ill. After this we only ate out which defied our plan for self catering and added a significant cost to our stay.
In the bedroom:
We barely slept. We could feel every single spring in the mattress, the bed was a very small double. NO aircon whatsoever, we had to leave the door opened to the outside to let any sort of air in which also let more noise in. The window lock was bent so it was never fully locked shut, it also wouldn't stay open, due to the design and the wind. A tree outside kept hitting the window in the wind, waking us up (along with airplanes passing regularly).

La comida estaba muy bien, nos gusto mucho y esblo qie mas rescatamos
Estaban muy deterioradas y sucias las entradas comunes,las piscinas por lo menos la que me toco, siempre estaba llena, y habia que ir a otra para poder que mis hijas bañaran a gusto, y en el trayecto se notaba mucho mas aveces como el abandono o descucido de dichas zonas
La ubicación y las instalaciones
Los platos en el buffet estaban mal lavados a la hora de coger para comer y los vasos tenían mal olor la cual es desagradable, Algunos cubiertos estaban mal lavados tenian residuos de alimento (mejorar la higiene) Adicional en la barra para los snacks hay que dejar depósitos de 1€ por cada vaso aunque lo devuelvan me pareció inadecuado ya que los vasos de tanto reutilizar estaban algunos con mal olor. La piscina de niños esta descuidada y el salvavidas cubano señor mayor muy irrespetuoso hablando por telefono en voz alta hablando de los huespedes que somos unos fastidiosos metidos en la piscina que me parecio falta de respeto ( no sabia que entendia español) Que por cierto los salvavidas si pasa un problema ni se enteran no estan pendientes.
Food and drink was nice,plenty of it so you wouldnt go hungry.
Staff were all polite and friendly.
Shops and bars literally up the hill 2mins away
Bed was rock hard,ants in bathroom and bedroom,tiles were coming up in the bathroom,from the water of the shower,curtains had stains so did the sofa.
Was like a maze finding were everything was,from pool,to resturant nowere near one another.
La comida estaba muy muy bien, el personal muy muy amable y es bastante cómodo
Que le faltaba limpieza a la piscina y no hay en todos los complejos un bar piscina con comida caliente, tenía que caminar mucho bastante para ir del complejo donde estaba al bar piscina más grande.
Los bungalows
En el régimen de todo incluido si pides un picnic de desayuno por salida temprana del avión te lo cobran, si no lo quieres se supone q te dejan unos sándwiches hechos que tampoco estaban, no lo considero tan importante , pero si la del personal de pasar de ello y no preocuparse por si podían solucionarlo
