Pros:

Staff were friendly. Rooms clean. 3 pools to choose from. Kids pool good fun for kids. Food good, plenty to choose from. Paid for what we got.

Ya que no hay por lo menos quitar el letrero

Toda la decoración de la habitación es de un bajo nivel incalificable lo de la cortina a la parte trasera es de una bajeza. Como pueden poner dos cancamos y un tubo de mala muerte cada vez que intentaba abrir la cortina se caía el tubo me preguntaba si eso lo hace un niño pequeño y le cae el tubo en la cabeza al hotel se le cae el pelo

Nos instalamos en un bungalow de dos habitaciones,y desde el primer momento informamos que el agua de la ducha salia y llegaba hasta el salón,y lo único que hicieron fue darnos más toallas. El aire acondicionado hacía muchísimo ruido. En general la carpintería interior bastante deteriorada, así como los jardines, arquetas exteriores rotas. No volvería a repetir.

Cucarachas, excrementos, ruido de aviones y mantenimiento deficiente
Cons:

Cucarachas en el bungalow, silla llena de excrementos, ruido de aviones, ventana rota, grietas, pintura en mal estado, pelos en el sofá... Con semejante panorama (habiendo pasado 24h en este "alojamiento") nos niegan el cambio de habitación, por lo que gestionamos el cambio a otro hotel. Pasadas 5 horas, nos ofrecen un cambio de habitación. Y ahora, con la excusa de que hemos rechazado la solución brindada, nos niegan el rembolso... VERGONZOSO.
