Pros:

The hotel was nice and the food was good. It has a very large territory with several activities to enjoy.

Cons:

The reception staff seemed a bit strange and not particularly friendly. We booked breakfast and dinner, but even water was not included and had to be paid for separately, which felt unusual. This was not mentioned during check-in, and we only found out from the waiters. It was also very loud at night because the airport is quite close and there were some night activities nearby.

Fällt mir nichts ein.

Cons:

Wenn man auf wenig Komfort, lieblose und unsaubere Massenunterkunft mit teils defekten Möbeln und Armaturen steht. Wenn einem schlechter Kaffee, minderwertiges Essen, Kantinenambiente, schmutziges Geschirr und völlig verdreckte Stühle nicht stört. Wenn man es geil findet direkt in der Einflugschneise zu schlafen. Wenn man schlechtes Wifi, empfangsgestörtes TV, steinharte Betten, permanenter Kanalgeruch im Bad und laut feiernde englische Nachbarn braucht, BINGO! Dann ist das der Jackpot!

Pros:

The hotel is located on a small hill, approximately 15 minutes’ walk from the beach. The location is excellent, with a bus stop just 10 minutes from the hotel and only a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport.

The accommodation consists of bungalow-style rooms. We stayed in a sea-view bungalow with lovely views over both the town and the sea. Each bungalow has a private terrace with chairs. The rooms are designed in a clean, minimalist style and include a living room and a separate bedroom. The living room features a sofa bed (which can be used as an additional sleeping space), a TV, and a kettle. The bedroom has two comfortable beds and a wardrobe. There is also an additional terrace area suitable for drying clothes. Housekeeping is provided every two days, including towel changes. There is no hairdryer in the room, but one can be obtained from reception with a refundable deposit.

The hotel grounds include three swimming pools, one of which is for small children. There are plenty of sun beds around the main pool, and we never had trouble finding space. There are two pool bars offering a good selection of drinks and daytime snacks. Pool towels are available from reception with a €10 deposit, which is refunded upon return.

The all-inclusive food was excellent — varied daily with a wide choice of fruit and desserts, as well as fish, meat, seafood, salads, vegetables, cheeses, and cold cuts.

On the beach, two sun beds and an umbrella can be rented for €10.50. The beach is wide with a gentle, shallow entry into the sea, making it very suitable for families with children, and it is located in a sheltered bay.

There is evening entertainment every night, and daytime activities for children by the pool. The pool is cold in winter, although many guests still swim.

Overall, the hotel is excellent, and we had no complaints.

Vale il prezzo pagato, ma si può fare di più..

Complessivamente Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Struttura molto grande, con diversi servizi (es.supermercato). Vicinanza con la spiaggia di calete de Fuste (si può raggiungere agevolmente a piedi). Possibilità di parcheggio. Personale nel complesso gentile, sebbene non tutti parlino inglese (aggiungerei Che più di una volta ho avuto incomprensioni con il personale addetto predisposto al bar della piscina che si ostinava a non restituire l'euro di cauzione per il bicchiere, come se non capisse la mia richiesta). Per il prezzo pagato, va bene.

Cons:

Struttura confusionaria nella gestione. Prevedono una cauzione di dieci euro in contanti per il phon. Inoltre, il servizio rifacimento stanze avviene ogni due giorni. Nel giorno prestabilito, non hanno sistemato la stanza e nemmeno rifatto i letti. Lo abbiamo fatto presente alla reception e dopo due solleciti, hanno provveduto. Nella nostra stanza B56 c'era un balconcino annesso, sfruttabile per stendere i vestiti, vista la presenza dello stendino. Peccato che usciva cattivo odore dallo scarico! ( a tal proposito, presumo che ci sia un problema di spurgo, dato che una sera abbiamo visto dei liquami e un odore fortissimo fuoriuscire per strada, all'altezza del pub irlandese).
Mancanza di sistemi di videosorveglianza, nonostante la cospicua presenza di minori. Una sera si è tenuta una lite e non c'era nessun addetto alla sicurezza.
Buffet vario ma molte pietanze venivano preparate con il cibo rimasto dal giorno prima. Ad eccezione dei formaggi e dei dolci, cibo "di massa", stile buffet da crociera. 0Inoltre, molto spreco alimentare. Animazione quasi del tutto assente o comunque idonea soltanto ad un pubblico inglese (già alle dieci tutto finito e la domenica nessun intrattenimento).
In piscina c'è poco controllo e gli ospiti, nonostante i divieti, si tuffavano in acqua bagnando tutte le sedie e gli altri ospiti. Per non parlare di qualcuno di loro che, non curanti degli altri, accendevano le casse a tutto volume come se fossero a casa loro.
