Hotel Bliss Comfort

I need it a hotel to stay for a short night since I was to arrive close to midnight. If you read the reviews you will see that many of them are negative. It is a very poorly kept place but if you are in a budget, go ahead and stay. Just beware. I did not take into account mosquitoes until I got there. That room was infested with mosquitoes and they did not have a mosquito net. There is no way that you can sleep in that place without a mosquito net. What I did, I left some of my stuff and hang outside, made some new friends from the workers of the hospital in front of the hotel and talk to them most of the night. If you stay here bring a mosquito net.

Breakfast was supposed to included. Egg and bread , the owner said it would 8am. But the staff was not helpful .I left at 8.10am without breakfast.

The most horrible hotel i have seen. We didnt stay the night. The staff dont even know whats going on half of the time.

Please dont save money trying to book this cheap hotel. Not worth for any decent traveller. For families and ladies no no.

The hotel was pathetic. It seemed like a brothel. The wall outside the hotel were not plastered.It seemed it can fall anytime. The Owner did not responded for any refund.Called the hotels.com customer care for the refund even they didnt responded, as told to me to revert back after 15 min but no respond till two days now.
Pathetic experience. Have clicked the photographs to apply for the complaint on consumer court about the website and hotel.
Worst experience of any online website.Fooling the customers by different photographs on the website and different hotel.

Good budget hotel, liked breakfast in room. Fair in all.

Hotel is shabby looking, in a dull neighbourhood. The rooms were as promised. AC and TV working. Linens, bedsheets, pillow covers all dirty and stinking. Bathroom was very small, toilet top broken. Some of the hotel staff were rude. They were

I never recommend to anybody the hotel is like a HUT and there is no stair case to climb even with a small brief case, I refused instantly and requested to refund the advance payment made, then their reply is to contact Expedia and we have not received payment from them.

Then I was not having your phone nos or contact details and they refused to give any information about your organisation, I don't know how you recommend such 3rd rite hotel to an outsider that too for business people.

I have requested to cancel my booking and refund my advance paid to your account I request you kindly make necessary payment to my credit card and oblige.

Good Hotel. Facility plus service provide by staff is excellent.

I will recommend this for you if you like to stay in a hotel where there is no water and power.

I was mentally prepared for this kind of stay based on previous reviews but still the above conditions did surprise me.

as it was located in the main andheri area so it was very close to the eateries and the marketplace, also transportation was also easily available

The surrounding of the hotel gives you an impression that its a lodge. The interior is depressing. The room are just okay. Most of the rooms have wall plasters broken. Bathroom is just okay. I did not find hot water in the bathroom. However, the only reason one may like to stay is because of location and budget. Strict no for couple.

The hotel is really pathetic. Please don't spoil your trip to Mumbai by choosing this hotel. I wish I could have taken photos of poorly maintained rooms to share with you.

you get much for your money: wifi, tv, a lovley bed. but keep in mind that it's not 5*.

Rooms were dirty there was no water in wash room for about 4 hours in afternooon.

It's an average hotel, considering it's Mumbai, it's not a shocking deal, don't hold out any hopes for the continental breakfast, though the wi-fi is really good and the resident mouse in our room was very cute.

In a price of 1200, the hotel was good. However some of the things I wanted to mention here: If any guest come in room, hotel staff not allow any guest in room. How it possible that guest can's come to meet people. While booking, it was mentioned in reservation details that Breakfast will be provided but denied by staff. Shower was not working because pressure of water was almost nil.

The hotel is at the first floor above a medical store. Only a few rooms are there and is situated in an Industrial Area with very little facilities available nearby.

Bathroom is very very small and I was most uncomfortable using it as it smelt a lot. No ventilation/exhaust is present there.

One day stay is manageable but if you plan to live for a longer time, you can get more decent hotels in good location in similar budget.
