Just ate at hotel restaurant had lamb cutlets they were the best food we have had in Vietnam been here for 14 days but this one the best room fantastic staff 5 star best place we have stayed

Niet goed en niet perfect, fit vanwege de verbouwing

Omgeving.
Kamer zeer groot.
Kamer meisje doet haar werk top.
Bij de ontbijt wordt je zeker goed geholpen.

Cons:

Hotel is aan het verbouwen, dus 7 en 8 uur in de ochtend begint het sloop en boor werk..
Dit staat niet bij de boeking.
Een vakantie is tot rust komen.
Opstaan en gaan wanneer je maar wilt.
Hier wordt je letterlijk het hotel uitgejaagd.
En dat was een vervelende ervaring voor 5 dagen elke dag sloop en boor werk.

It was a pleasant stay.
Pros:

The roof top bar and room was very roomy.

Cons:

The coffee was not great at breakfast. Also we thought that the toy bear and wine were complimentary turns out we had to pay for it. Not many western food options for kids.

The rooms are far less appealing than they appear in the photos on the website.

Cons:

I booked and fully paid for two rooms through Booking.com for my brothers. The payment was successfully deducted from my debit card, and the booking was confirmed. However, when my brothers arrived at the hotel, they were not allowed to check in because they could not present my physical debit card.

This was unacceptable because the rooms had already been fully paid for in advance. I offered to verify the card by video call to prove that it was valid and belonged to me, but the hotel refused. As a result, I was forced to pay again just so my brothers could check in.

Cons:

I didn’t like the room, had to change it because it stank like mould in the room which the concierge also smelt.
He couldn’t breathe either with the smell so bad!!! ☹️
So changed to a different room on a different floor.
Also renovations were on the 1st & 2nd floors, which they advised us and that they would go on all day and finish approx 4:30pm. I was in my room from 3pm on wards because I did not feel well and was resting. The renovations continued on a Saturday night until over 8:30-9:00pm at night which was disgustingly loud and would not recommend staying there again. How unfortunate because location was great! 😟
