The staff were lovely and the pool was one of the best city hotel pools we have stayed at
The Hotel is undergoing huge refurbishment which we were not informed about at time of booking, the jack hammering starts after 8am and went until after 4pm and most days started earlier than they stated.
When I booked I was suppose to pay at property, but money came out of card a month before so you couldn’t cancel or change. We only had one hot shower in the 5 nights we stayed, probably because of the works which was very disappointing. If you are elderly ensure you check room, as we had our shower in spa bath and a very uneasy bottom to stand in, not suitable for people with mobility problems
We booked and weren’t informed that hotel was under going restoration works jack hammering from around 8am until around 4 pm not pleasant being in rooms. We stayed 5 days and only had hot showers once, informed staff we couldn’t be moved so had to suck it up. Staff were beautiful and pool is probably the best we have had in city accommodation.
If you have mobility issues ensure you don’t have room with spa & shower in one as not a level surface to stand and shower .
We would go back once Reno’s are completed
We booked on booking.com and hotel took $$$ payment out month before our stay so we couldn’t change accommodation even if we were aware of refurbishment
Absolut det fantastiske personale og det gældende overalt hvor vi mødte et personale. Alle gjorde deres til at vi fik så godt et ophold som vi gjorde.. Tak for det..
Ikke noget jeg ikke kunne lide, men man kunne godt "friske" værelserne lidt op. De er fine, rene og forholdsvis store, men de må godt "peppes" lidt op. Lidt lys maling, lettere gardiner etc. Og så kunne vi godt have ønsket os lidt udsigt, vi kiggede direkte over til naboerne, vist en kontorbygning. Det kunne man godt have oplyst da man lavede bookningen.

早上七点半楼上房间开始打冲击钻，非常吵。完全没有考虑到住客需要休息。

Really nice hotel with great pool and roof top with fantastic view of city. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great location. Would definitive stay here again. Nice breakfast
The service at the top roof is slow - we had to walk over and ask for menu, ask for bills etc as the personell seems to be occupied with their phones

A great Hotel and well located near all of the things to see in Saigon . Surrounded by great restaurants and cafes and the facilities at the Hotel were also very comfortable and convenient.
Hy and Ivy were great staff members and helped my wife and I during our stay with local information and also assistance with a room change . Very dillegent and helpful .
Staying at the Eden Star Hotel was apleasant. On arrival i was greeted by two door man KABI and FERG who handled my bags while booking in and showed to my room after a complimentary drink and snack . The room was well layed out and very clean and serviced each of my 4 days. The breakfast had a large variety of food . Up on the pool deck was great with plenty of room to move about and a cocktail bar after for food and drinks after 5 .
Even though I was travelling along there a number of families enjoying the versilities available . My two door man where able to assist in some direction I needed and on leaving brought my bags down ready for my departure . Over all a nice place to stay while visiting the city. bell’hotel, bellissima la piscina roof top, personale gentilissimo, abbiamo pranzato l’ultimo giorno al ristorante dell l’hotel e i piatti erano veramente molto buoni (ban mi e spaghetti alla bolognese)
un po’ di rumore al mattino per dei lavori nell’hotel ma ci avevano avvisato e si erano scusati in anticipo
I had a great stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and everything was very clean and well maintained.
A special thanks to Trinh and Binh for their outstanding hospitality. They were always friendly, helpful, and made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is quite near central area and the breakfast was good. Hy was the most helpful guy among the staff. This place is a solid choice and I would come back here again.
