Not the properties fault at all but there were a bunch of lads extremely drunk every time we saw them then one of them decided to take his clothes off!!
We have a young daughter and unfortunately the staff didn’t know how to deal with them.

Location is good, the hotel is more like a 3-star clean, suitable for short stays.
Pros:

We liked the location of this hotel easy to get around by Grab taxi.

Cons:

The hotel breakfast was very poor, limited options and not appealing, I would recommend eating outside of hotel. Noise travels easily between rooms and surrounding hotel which makes it not a place to relax sleep wise which we were early risers due to activities, but others may not like it. If you just need a clean hotel to drop and run, then this hotel is fine just give the breakfast a miss, nice cafes close by.

Perfect location
Pros:

Fantastic location right in the middle of old town. The staff were exceptional and helped us find our way around town and to our pick up locations for the tours. The rooms were on the small side but perfectly adequate. This place was all about the location.

Welcome Oasis
Pros:

We missed our flight to Sydney due to a delay on our connecting flight from Da Nang, so at 9pm we were suddenly searching for a place to stay for the night. Luckily, we came across this little gem.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially during what was a stressful situation for us. Their kindness completely turned our experience around—what could have been a disappointing setback became something we genuinely appreciated.

In the end, we absolutely loved our unexpected extra day in Ho Chi Minh City, all thanks to the wonderful staff and excellent facilities. We’re so grateful for the care we received.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Staff were welcoming and attentive, always on hand to help and advise.
Room was spacious and clean, huge comfy bed.
Pool area clean, great cocktails 2 4 1 between 3pm and 5 pm.
Lots of choice at breakfast.

Cons:

Our bathroom needed a shower cubicle as against one over the bath with a curtain.

Pros:

Hotel was lovely. Room was spacious and clean, staff were welcoming and helpful. The roof top bar and pool was a lovely spot to relax away from the city. Location was perfect.

Cons:

There was some sort of conference going on above our room. They were blasting music till gone 9pm and again from 7am the next day. It was so loud it made the room shudder. We didn’t get a great sleep as a result as we were woken up a few hours earlier than we planned and we had to leave our room straight away the noise was so bad.
