Simplesmente mágico
Pros:

As instalações são muito bem cuidadas, a piscina uma delícia, café da manhã muito bom, limpeza nota 10.

Mas eu preciso dar um destaque especial ao atendimento. É perceptível desde a chegada que os hóspedes serão muito bem atendidos. Todos que interagimos, sem exceção, prestaram um excelente atendimento.

Pros:

Ótima localização. Basta atravessar a rua para chegar à praia. Em frente a ele fica o restaurante Viana com boa infra para atendimento. O café da manhã é excelente pela variedade e qualidade. Funcionários muito educados e solicitos. O restaurante do hotel tem um cardápio refinado.

Pros:

Localização boa em praia tranquila, só atravessar a rua. Estrutura do hotel completa, permitindo aproveitar o dia mesmo com chuva, funcionários muito (MUITO) educados, quarto confortável, acessibilidade. Possui cozinha auxiliar com pia e micro-ondas.

Cons:

Borrachudos, mas quem vai a Ilhabela sabe.

Hotel bonito, gostei do croissant
Pros:

Hotel muito bonito e confortável, boa localização, atendimento dos funcionários fantástico.

Cons:

Não gostei do box do banheiro e da pia serem dentro do quarto. O café da manhã é razoável com poucas opções, o que salvava era o croissant, porém fiquei três dias e no último dia não tinha croissant. O restaurante é razoável, o peixe estava bem feito, porém o tipo de peixe não é dos melhores, pedimos um risoto cítrico que estava com gosto de limão muito forte e não deu para comer.
