Останавливались в данном 4-звёздочном отеле уже во второй раз. В первый визит всё прошло хорошо, никаких подобных ситуаций не возникало, поэтому мы без сомнений выбрали этот отель снова. К сожалению, в этот раз опыт оказался крайне негативным — у нас были украдены деньги.

Сам факт кражи — уже серьёзное нарушение базового уровня безопасности, но ещё больше разочаровало поведение персонала. Администрация отеля не оказала должного содействия в разборе ситуации: не было ни инициативы, ни реальной попытки помочь разобраться в произошедшем.

Дополнительно выяснилось, что:
• камера в помещении для хранения вещей не работала
• в день происшествия также не функционировали камеры видеонаблюдения на этаже с нашим номером

Для отеля уровня 4* это выглядит как минимум халатность, а по факту — полное отсутствие контроля за безопасностью гостей.

Вместо того чтобы взять ситуацию под контроль, сотрудники ограничились формальными ответами и не предложили никаких конкретных действий для поиска виновных или урегулирования ситуации.

Итог: крайне негативный опыт. Особенно обидно, что после хорошего первого визита уровень сервиса и безопасности оказался настолько ниже ожиданий. Не рекомендую данный отель тем, кто рассчитывает на безопасность, ответственность и уровень сервиса, соответствующий заявленным 4 звёздам.
