Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue decepcionante. El trato del personal fue desagradable desde el principio. A pocos días de nuestra llegada, nos llamaron para pagar el 25% de la reserva con antelación (política que no estaba escrita en ningún sitio), si no lo hacíamos nos cancelaban la reserva, me pidieron datos bancarios por teléfono de formas poco profesionales (que no cedí a dar y finalmente me mandaron un enlace, no me quedó otra opción). A la hora del desayuno, no quisieron servirnos café solo, nos obligaban a pagar el desayuno completo; únicamente nos dieron uno y tuvimos que compartirlo, lo cual nos pareció incomprensible y poco profesional. En su lugar nos fuimos a desayunar a otro sitio llamado Boiga do Viñu, el trato allí fue excelente, amable y cercano, nada que ver con el hotel. Fuimos a desayunar, comer y cenar el resto de días, súper recomendable!

Desayuno en una bonita capilla
Pros:

Bien atendido por el personal, siempre muy amable y dispuesto. El surtido en el desayuno más que suficiente y la cena tambien con las disferentes opciones del menu. Nos sorprendio el desayuno en la antigua capilla del monasterio, excelente. El comedor de la cena tambien nos agradó mucho. La ubicacíon del edificio muy cerca del pueblo con muy buenas vistas y se puede recorrer toda la sierra de Gata. El pueblo maravilloso. Se pueden realizar varios senderos por la zona.

Cons:

En esta Hospederia no nos agradó la reforma demaseado modernista para una parte del edificio, teniendo en cuenta que fue un monasterio, en concreto la zona del antiguo claustro convertida en zona comun de estar. La habitación tambien demaseada moderna. La puerta del baño, de cristal, no dá intimidad además de mal orientada, pues debe de estar hacia la entrada y no hacia la habitación.
