Lombok Beach Villa

Property lovely, staff friendly. Beach nasty, full of garbage.

目の前がビーチで部屋も広く波の音が常に聴こえてきて最高なのですが、、
残念な事に水廻りの設備が古いので水漏れや蛇口の水が止まらないなどのアクシデントが有りました。
お湯の温度も人肌の温度くらいまでしか上がらないので少し残念でした。

The staff are very helpful and courteous.On our first day after check in the electrical power failure keeps on and off.The Wi-Fi was extremely slow.It only works if I step out into the balcony.The breakfast was lousy because we had the same food every morning.We literally had fried rice,fried noodles and chicken every single morning.

Menyenangkan.lokasi tepat pinggir pantai. Tapi tidak ada Wi-fi dan jauh dari ketamaian

well not prepare yet... but room are spacious. view is Ok coz has a direct to beach and sunset is OK.

Hmmmm not as same as like the photos...

Das Hotel wird gerade renoviert und so wie es aussieht erweitert. Es gibt aber kein Baulärm oder Einschränkungen. Der Strand ist ok, es gibt aber bessere, daher sollte ein Roller etc. gemietet werden.
Wir hatten vier Übernachtungen und waren sehr zufrieden.

hôtel en travaux et loin de Senggigi, il faut absolument un moyen de locomotion. La plage n'est pas propre du tout. Excellent petit déjeuner mais le restaurant était fermé le reste de la journée.

Still under Construction, messy and not very clean. Restaurant not open like promised under booking. The spot of the hotel is supernice right on the beach, but that's all there's to it. During breakfast in the morning you have to run to the kitchen asking for bread, a minute later again to kitchen asking for butter. Not very convinient.

The front office manager was seen frying an omelet in the kitchen and when it was checkout time the waiter acted like front office manager. 960 000 rp per night is totaly overpriced.

We took another hotel in central Mataram named Golden Palace, WOW talk about another World and 850 000 rp per night worth every penny.

I hope there is something less than 1 star to rate this place

-wifi was not working and after 2 days of complain still not working!
-No room service !
-No phone in the room !
-Breakfast is a complete joke where u get only bad quality nasi goreng!
-very Isolated location where nothing around
-the front beach is a fishing area where the sand is so dirty and not a beach for swim
-the villa interior is 30 years old

Arrived from Kuala Lumpur I think Lombok was so impressed me, nice city. This hotel was very nice with spacious room and bath room. My room facing to the Pantai Sengigi view. The staffs also very helpful and friendly especially when i asked them to handle my express laundry due i need to go to Trawangan on the next day. Good service. Thanks.
My bad comment only about the towel. there's a spot on the towel then i asked them to change it. Overall everything just fine.

Mooi en kleinschalig hotel. Wij verbleven hier in het hoogseizoen, maar toch hebben we het zwembad de hele week voor ons zelf gehad. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de kamers worden dagelijks goed schoongemaakt. Alle kamers hebben uitzicht op zee en zijn zeer ruim! De ligging van het hotel is direct aan het strand en wanneer je langs het zwembad loopt, het strand op gaat en naar rechts loopt, komt je bij heerlijke visrestaurants terecht, waar je op het strand kunt eten. Wij hebben een zeer aangename tijd gehad in Manna Beach.
