Personale maleducato, cibo stile mensa, piscina all aperto da sfruttare con CUFFIA mia visto in un hotel !!
Direttore che sgrida i dipendenti per non aver fatto pagare un “servizio” come appoggiare dei ghiaccini nel freezer dei gelati, davanti ai clienti !
Aria condizionata degli anni 70 con massimo 28 gradi in camera ! Un inferno
Letto scomodissimo e diviso nonostante la camera matrimoniale !

L emplacement et la.vue sur mer, petit déjeuner correct mais beaucoup de monde, petits conseils: en face du syndicat d initiative c est gratuit pour se garer , a seulement 100m et excellent resto avec vue sur mer le Lido azzuro

Pros:

A medence és a szálloda egész udvara/kertje nagyszerű volt.
A melléképületben lévő szobánk -bár nem volt túl nagy- nagyon jó elrendezésű volt. A légkondicionáló kifogástalanul működött.

Pros:

La ubicacion y el tamaño de la habitación con su balcón.

Cons:

La obligación de ponerte un gorro para bañarte en la piscina. Habían muchos guespedes que se repaban la cabeza para no utilizar el gorro inclusive los niños. El peluquero de Leuca se forró....

La struttura è molto bella, pulita e ben curata, e nel complesso il posto è ordinato e piacevole. Purtroppo, però, l’esperienza è stata rovinata soprattutto dal personale. Lo staff è risultato molto poco accogliente e spesso anche scortese: non salutavano nemmeno quando si entrava o si usciva, cosa che personalmente ho trovato davvero spiacevole.

In particolare, sono rimasta molto delusa dal servizio alla reception, dove mi sarei aspettata maggiore disponibilità e cordialità.

Anche la colazione non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative: era praticamente sempre la stessa e diversi distributori non funzionavano correttamente.

Peccato, perché la struttura in sé è davvero bella e ben tenuta. Purtroppo, considerando l’accoglienza e il servizio ricevuto, non ci ritornerei.

Lo staff era scortese, non li importava di niente, a volte non salutavano neanche
Camera aveva un forte odore di vecchio
La colazione era scarsa , ultimi due giorni non c’era più neanche la Nutella
Non ci è piaciuto praticamente nulla
Servizio spiaggia ci sta ma non c’è ne bar li ne niente
Bisogna entrare in albergo se vuoi bere qualcosa
Una volta abbiamo voluto a prendere un toast e prosciutto con melone per portare in spiaggia e non era per niente buono
Alla fine del check out non ci hanno neanche chiesto come era il soggiorno, sembra che non li importa niente dei ospiti
La struttura era bella e pulita ma la gestione è lo staff rovina tutto e non ti accoglie

I liked the position close to the ocean. I liked the cleaning lady. Always smiling and greeting the guests.

Position close to the beach. “Private beach” was not private. Only chairs and umbrellas were .

Cons:

The room was extremely small. No desk. It shouldn’t be rented. At the check-in the young ladies weren’t very welcoming. Cold and not personable.
