Gallipoli est incroyable
Pros:

Très bon séjour ! J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel. En sortant, on se retrouve directement dans une rue animée avec plein de magasins, des bars et des restaurants. Le centre historique est accessible en environ 25 minutes à pied.

J’ai également beaucoup aimé la propreté de l’hôtel et le côté moderne de la chambre. En Italie, les hôtels sont parfois un peu vieillissants, donc c’était vraiment agréable d’avoir une chambre moderne et bien entretenue.

Le petit déjeuner était également très chouette, avec du choix. La piscine était propre et agréable.

Et surtout, un rapport qualité-prix au top ! 😊 Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel pour un séjour en Italie.

Les points négatifs

Le fait que les animaux soient acceptés dans l’hôtel peut être un frein pour certaines personnes. Personnellement, j’ai peur des chiens et je n’étais donc pas toujours très à l’aise lorsque j’en voyais notamment en terrasse, près de la piscine.

L’autre point qui m’a davantage dérangée concerne l’accueil de certains membres du personnel, principalement à la réception. Je ne souhaite évidemment pas mettre tout le monde dans le même sac, car je parle ici d’une personne en particulier : une employée aux cheveux bouclés et portant des lunettes, qui était très froide et disait à peine bonjour. J’ai rarement rencontré un accueil aussi peu chaleureux dans un hôtel en Italie.

Je tiens toutefois à préciser que le reste du personnel était très agréable : les femmes de ménage ainsi que les membres de l’équipe du petit déjeuner étaient vraiment gentils et souriants.

C’est donc dommage que cette froideur de la part de certaines personnes à la réception vienne un peu ternir l’expérience, car dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel reste une très bonne adresse avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Spettacolare
Pros:

Mi è piaciuta l'attenzione che hanno avuto dal primo giorno all'ultimo. Angela, Margherita eil resto dello staff sono state persone squisite,disponibili e sempre sorridenti. Mi hanno fatto anche una piccola sorpresa per il compleanno. Ogni giorno andavo a vedere una località marittima diversa e mi hanno fornito informazioni e orari stampati dei pullman. Si può usufruire di una bella piscina con lettini. Ottima la colazione. Punto della struttura strategico,di fronte corso Roma. Ci ritornerò sicuramente!!
