Muy linda vista, la cama muy cómoda y las habitaciones son amplias, además la decoración es muy cálida. Muy lindo todo.
El ingreso, hay una pendiente que tiene pavimento en mal estado, autos muy bajos como el mío tienen dificultades para subir.
La amabilidad y disposición de los anfitriones a resolver cualquier inquietud. Excelente vista y el hotel un lugar muy cómodo para descansar, instalaciones en perfecto estado y muy linda decoración.
La ubicación es espectacular, aislado y silencioso y a la vez muy cerca Pucón. Las vistas muy lindas. El lugar es comodísimo, Las habitaciones amplias igual que los baños. Limpieza 100%. Muy cómodo.
El desayuno. Es abundante pero la mayoria de los productos son "de supermercado", el queso, quesillo, jugo y el cafe "nescafe". Se espera que en un lugar tan cuidado y bonito, haya cafe de grano, leches vegetales, queso y quesillo freso de la zona, hierbitas frescas natureles y no te supremo. Queques no envasados, en fin. La extrema cordialidad de Rocio y las demás chicas hicieron que el momento del desayuno no se sintiera tan decepcionante.

No hay ascensor, si llevas mucho peso, necesitas ayuda para subir al tercer piso por las escaleras
