Las instalaciones muy amplias y una vista maravillosa. El desayuno exquisito. Lo mejor fue el perrito Dalí que nos acompañó en la bajada y nos espero en las noches.
El camino de subida al hotel, falta un poco de mantenimiento. Sugiero también limpiar las duchas ya que acumulan hongos por la poca ventilación. Aún así, el hospedaje es muy confortante.
La ambientación, muy lindo y las piezas amplias. Muy linda vista al lago, desayuno muy bueno aunque no espectacular.
Servicios inexistentes, dicen que tienen tinaja y estaba en claro abandono. La picsina verde, inusable. Y el baño desprendió un olor horrible a desagüe. El olor se mantuvo en todo momento.
Limpieza impecable, atención excelente y desayuno perfecto. Se portaron muy bien también con nuestra perrita.

El desayuno contundente, la hermosa vista al lago desde la habitación (la habitación estaba en el tercer piso), las áreas verdes, su hermoso perro, la rica piscina y su excelente ubicación (esta al medio entre Pucón y Villarrica).
Demasiado calor en la habitación por las noches, pero hay aire acondicionado y un ventilador de techo de estos antiguos que ayudaron mucho.
La vista de las habitaciones y del hotel en general hacia el lago,son maravillosas. Este hotel es una joyita escondida.

Instant coffee for breakfast. The entrance to the hotel from the highway is challenging to find especially coming from the east. Common areas have character, but seem a bit worn.
Las habitaciones muy amplias y con una vista excepcional al lago... Un lugar para descansar, con un ambiente acogedor, hogareño... Insumos para higiene, toallas y batas impecable... Un desayuno bien contundente, con ingredientes de la zona (miel, mermelada, luchen, pie, tostadas, fruta, cereal)
Te reciben con amabilidad y bien cordiales para responder a solicitudes... Todo 10 de 10 en relacion a la atención y servicios que presta el recinto... Lo cual hacen de tu estadía algo positivo.
Un lugar muy cercano a Pucon. La subida de acceso es algo empinada pero cualquier tipo de vehículo sube.
Y no podemos dejarnde mencionar a Dali, un perrito que es parte de la vida en Casa Establo.
La aislación de las habitaciones... Se escucha hasta la voces de las personas de las otras habitaciones,; de hecho nos tocó una pareja de vecinos muy escandalosos que resultó en hacer más notaría esta falencia... No solo el sonido de la cama sino de las exclamaciones.
Hotel muy hermoso, bien equipado, habitación amplia. Ubicado en lugar estratégico para conocer y al vez estar muy tranquilos. El personal muy amable, todo impecable. Desayuno rico. Todo bien!.
