As expected, would prefer better valet service for the price of the valet/parking fee.
Pros:

Location fantastic. Quietness, Cleanliness, and room setup.

Cons:

Valet was not easy to access (errors with the text options, QR, and when going downstairs to ask in-person confusion among staff and long wait to receive car).

Thermostat was confusing.

Price Match is a LIE!!!
Pros:

This doesn't have anything to do with this hotel but as Hilton as a whole. They say they have price match guarantee, and it is definitely a lie! I submitted my hotel and dates, and they told me they were sold out, which is a complete lie. I showed proof, which is attached below. Expedia was offering the room for almost $25 less per night. They are supposed to price-match and give you 25% off your stay. They didn't give it to me even though I sent proof. I am a Hilton Member and even have a Hilton Amex card, it's a shame that I have to reserve through a 3rd party site to get the best rate.

Husband Absolutely Loves This Hotel !
Pros:

My husband thinks that this hotel is the greatest hotel stay in his lifetime! He loves it! I think we have stayed there 3 times in the last 2 months!
I don’t care for the high parking cost but he doesn’t mind paying the $40 nightly self parking! Also he enjoys the restaurants there!
