Very rough towels, poor lighting in room.
Location was good
Worst breakfast ever. Eggs like cardboard. I will always give a 1 star when hotels give guests breakfast that is that bad.
I loved everything about the room. The bathroom was very clean and prepped nicely. I had no complaints about the room itself.
The hallway noise became a bit bothersome at night. But i understand that the only way to fix that is to make the door thicker!
It was very nice and close to where we needed to be.
What I liked was that our keys wouldn't work to get into our room, and the staff was excellent in helping us get into our room. We stay at this Hampton Inn whenever we are in Iowa City, and always will.
The room was run down, the chair didn’t even have a cushion cover on it and was cracked and peeling. You could hear the people walking around above us all night. The breakfast was lacking healthy options.
I liked the location.
