Boulevard North offers fully self-contained 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments with sunny balconies and stunning ocean views. Guests can enjoy unlimited free WiFi, cable channels, and air-conditioning in most apartments.

Convenient Location

Situated oceanside on Broadbeach in the Gold Coast, the hotel is a short walk from cafes, restaurants, shopping centers, and popular attractions like Jupiters Casino and the Gold Coast Convention Centre. Theme parks such as Dreamworld, Seaworld, and Warner Bros. Movieworld are just a 30-minute drive away.

Relaxation and Recreation

Guests can unwind by the heated outdoor pool, indulge in the spa or sauna, play tennis, or have a BBQ meal in the alfresco area. Surfers Paradise is also within a 25-minute walk, offering even more entertainment options.

All apartments have at least one air conditioning unit, generally this is positioned in the living room area. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.

Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period.

The photographs provide examples of some of the apartments. With over 30 self-owned, individually owned and decorated apartments in the letting pool, it is not possible to show every apartment, therefore apartments and decor vary considerably. Apartments cannot be guaranteed until check in and are randomly allocated by the computerized reservations system.

Cleaning, housekeeping or linen and towel change are available for an additional fee. Pool towel rental is also available for an additional fee.

Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.

Please note that reception is closed Sundays and Public Holidays Closed (the property can be contacted by phone for any assistance you may require).

Close to Broadbeach Surf Club
Pros:

Lots of balconies. Close to the Broadbeach Surf Club and Bowls club. Opposite the beach.

Cons:

Very noisy construction on weekdays starting 6am. We were warned prior to arrival and offered an alternative. No criticism on the management- just be aware if you are hoping to sleep in.

Fantastic stay, would definitely recommend and certainly stay again.
Pros:

I requested an ocean view and was put on the 12th floor and the ocean view (partial ocean views) was awesome. We arrived early and asked if it was possible for an earlier check in and we were given one which was fantastic. The room was clean and perfect for our weekend away. Location is fantastic. Beach across the road and coffee a short walk away.

Cons:

The floors felt sticky - I wonder if the chemicals being used to clean the tiles leave a residue.

Great location but treat us like adults who travel extensively cut out the threatening emails
Pros:

Too many rules about charging for keys list, leaving late, not putting out garbage but sill really. Also I was informed about construction next door AFTER I PAID IN FULL with no cancellations without loosing full payment. They send too many threatening email.

Super views but dated decor and didn’t feel clean. Very expensive for what it is
Pros:

Great location and views. Very nice staff.

Cons:

The decor is very dated and the apartment felt not quite clean enough. Upon opening the front door the apartment gave the smell of a hospital ward that had just been cleaned to a mediocre standard.

Pros:

Loved the location. Was nice and clean. Relaxing environment with the decore.

Cons:

We had some issues with the office being closed with us arriving on a Sunday and it was raining. We were on foot with our luggage and there was a lack of customer service and care. We had walked 40 minutes with luggage to get there after a long trip. We were told we wouldnt get an early check in and couldnt drop our luggage off go find a locker somewhere. They ended up comong through in the end and made it available to us within 2 hours. However another staff member i called about something else a little later was much better.

Loved it will be back
Pros:

It is our second stay at this location. Loved the rooms and the view. The location is close to public transport, shops and licensed clubs. It's the only place we will stay now on the northern end of the Gold Coast.

Cons:

There is raised floor areas into the bathroom and laundry which at night you can trip on when you forget that they are there.
