Boulevard North offers fully self-contained 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments with sunny balconies and stunning ocean views. Guests can enjoy unlimited free WiFi, cable channels, and air-conditioning in most apartments.

Convenient Location

Situated oceanside on Broadbeach in the Gold Coast, the hotel is a short walk from cafes, restaurants, shopping centers, and popular attractions like Jupiters Casino and the Gold Coast Convention Centre. Theme parks such as Dreamworld, Seaworld, and Warner Bros. Movieworld are just a 30-minute drive away.

Relaxation and Recreation

Guests can unwind by the heated outdoor pool, indulge in the spa or sauna, play tennis, or have a BBQ meal in the alfresco area. Surfers Paradise is also within a 25-minute walk, offering even more entertainment options.

All apartments have at least one air conditioning unit, generally this is positioned in the living room area. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.

Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period.

The photographs provide examples of some of the apartments. With over 30 self-owned, individually owned and decorated apartments in the letting pool, it is not possible to show every apartment, therefore apartments and decor vary considerably. Apartments cannot be guaranteed until check in and are randomly allocated by the computerized reservations system.

Cleaning, housekeeping or linen and towel change are available for an additional fee. Pool towel rental is also available for an additional fee.

Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.

Close walk to town where we had meals and absolutely the best Gelato at The Gelato shop ever 😋

Had a lovely relaxing stay with a beautiful daily view.
Pros:

Loved waking up to a beautiful sunrise and walk to the water. Also great location for easy access to lots of restaurants and convention centre where I had a work function.

Cons:

The ironing board was unstable. Extra bathroom supplies would have been nice especially body wash and shower cap.

Perfect Location and view is beautiful

Cons:

Floors-
We checked in and floor didnt look vaccumed or mopped. I had called the receptionist in the morning to let them know and his words were " i can reassure you we cleaned the walls and floors before yous checked in".
There was shoe prints already there. Plus we had white socks on even my one year from crawling and all our socks and his pants were dirty from the floor.
Shower-
shower head not good
Need some kind of exhaust fans in the bathroom
Guest bathroom is abit cramped in there.
Aircon -
Abit old but does the job

A bad experience saved by the decent room

Cons:

They send you the longest check in message/instructions I have ever seen. I’ve stayed at hotels all over the world and never seen anything like it. It was so long, that I didn’t read it - I fed it into GPT and asked for a summary. There was so many rules and caveats and policies. The checking process after 5pm was quite frustrating. They couldn’t find my booking. The intercom kept cutting out. I had to give them my credit card over the intercom and they charge you a $300 deposit - I’ve never seen one so high? After the lengthy check in, we went for dinner and received an urgent demanding text message and numerous booking.com messages stating our car was outside the white line. It was about 10cm out. Not the best experience but the actual room was ok.

Really central location with great views
Pros:

Amazing location and view. The facilities at the block are well maintained and the reception staff are very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything you need.

The pillows and the shower head, a small investment could make such a difference.

Gostei da localização. Prédio enfrente a praia e próximo a um pequeno shopping center

Cons:

Apesar do predio ser antigo, está conservado. Mas o apartamento que ficamos 46 do 15 andar está muito antiquado. Especialmente cozinha e banheiro;roupas de cama e banho poderiam ser melhores. Ao entrar no apartamento tinha cheiro ruim;que melhorou quando abrimos as janelas. Apesar de deixarmos tudo arrumado, loucas lavadas e guardadas, o proprietário nos multou por não termos colocado o lixo para fora. Nunca precisei fazer isto em hospegagens. Imagino que recolher o lixo deve ser responsabilidade do locador. Este apartamento não recomendo.Nada amigável esta atitude .
