Boulevard North offers fully self-contained 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments with sunny balconies and stunning ocean views. Guests can enjoy unlimited free WiFi, cable channels, and air-conditioning in most apartments.

Convenient Location

Situated oceanside on Broadbeach in the Gold Coast, the hotel is a short walk from cafes, restaurants, shopping centers, and popular attractions like Jupiters Casino and the Gold Coast Convention Centre. Theme parks such as Dreamworld, Seaworld, and Warner Bros. Movieworld are just a 30-minute drive away.

Relaxation and Recreation

Guests can unwind by the heated outdoor pool, indulge in the spa or sauna, play tennis, or have a BBQ meal in the alfresco area. Surfers Paradise is also within a 25-minute walk, offering even more entertainment options.

All apartments have at least one air conditioning unit, generally this is positioned in the living room area. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.

Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period.

The photographs provide examples of some of the apartments. With over 30 self-owned, individually owned and decorated apartments in the letting pool, it is not possible to show every apartment, therefore apartments and decor vary considerably. Apartments cannot be guaranteed until check in and are randomly allocated by the computerized reservations system.

Cleaning, housekeeping or linen and towel change are available for an additional fee. Pool towel rental is also available for an additional fee.

Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.

We had a wonderful family holiday and look forward to returning in the future.
Pros:

The property is amazing, stunning water views from all three balconies. The apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Only moments from the beach, cafes and restaurants. The staff were lovely and the pool and spa were fantastic. We found the location was perfect and the parking was great. There was nothing that we were unhappy about. We have never stayed in a property that had such stunning water views or that was so close to the beach.

Cons:

That we had to leave as it was such a lovely place to stay.

Pros:

The apartment was fantastic! We stayed in a 2 bedroom partial ocean and hinterland view. The views from all verandahs were amazing.
All common areas were exceptionally clean and modern including reception area. The staff have kept the building looking beautiful. The pool and gardens were always clean. A great team of staff. An excellent holiday location. We will be back!!

Great place with good amenities and right on the beach
Pros:

Beautiful place overlooking the beach- the balcony have you a nice view on the ocean even if we had a partial view on Hinterland.
Big enough space for three of us with 2 bathrooms
The Jacuzzi was amazing near the pool
The tennis court was a great addition
The kitchen was well-equipped

Cons:

Some of the kitchen utensils were not cleaned properly. It would have been good to have some storage containers or cling wrap but we made do with what we had.

Lovely stay right across Broadbeach.
Pros:

Great location, staff and facilities. Luckily for us the construction at the site next door was closed for the Easter holidays or else would have been noisy from our apartment. The apartment itself was very well equipped and I could have not asked for more. The staff member who worked on Easter Sunday was ultra friendly. Thank you.

Great location!
Pros:

The location is excellent. Everything is accessible. Check in and check out easy.

Cons:

We were warned about building nearby and understand it was out of Boulevard North’s control but the jack hammering beginning at 6:30 and continuously throughout the day made being at the unit unbearable. The weekend was a reprieve when they didn’t work.

Pros:

Staff were really friendly. Location was fantastic. On the beach. Walking distance to all Broadbeach restaurants but also just far enough away to be quiet.

Great location with comfortable beds
Pros:

The view of the beach from the appartment was great. The beds were comfortable. The living room and main bedroom were spacious.
It was very easy to walk to the course we were attending and shopping was just 15 mins walk away.

Cons:

We were told there would be building works next door before we arrived. But the jackhammering every morning at 6.30am was extremely loud. It was hard to relax before starting our day on a course we were attending. We asked if we could change rooms but nothing was available.
The second bedroom was very small and had twin beds and other furniture which meant climbing around everything. It would be fine for a family with 2 children but it's not so suitable for 2 adults travelling together.

No hassles from start to finish. Would stay here again most definitely.

Had a wonderful few days at a beautiful location
Pros:

Location was excellent, staff friendly and accommodating, apartment was well equipped

Cons:

Only one lift working, floor in apartment felt dirty and not cleaned properly, crockery not clean in kitchen and was all put thru the dishwasher before used.
