Staff was friendly and facilities very clean, well maintained. Lighting in parking lot was good and overall safe environment.

The front desk checkin was very rude and wouldn’t give us our second room Most disrespectful hotel our group has ever been to.

I've stayed here numerous times in recent years but this time it was not a good overall experience. There are a few pros so I will cover the good and the bad.

Pros:
Evening front desk staff. JR is amazing! Very professional and friendly. There is another female and male there in the later evening that were always friendly when I arrived back to the hotel. There are about 6-8 Diamond Member parking spots. I was able to get one each night which was nice. They have fruit infused water throughout the day and cookies after 6:30.

Con's:
The Hispanic female at the front desk in the morning is RUDE!! I heard her being very disrespectful to a few guests on two separate occasions. Housekeeping messed with the door alarm I had set up under the adjoining room door causing it to go off when I picked it up. I found a dead spider on one of the paper coffee cups in the room. Breakfast isn't very good. Lukewarm and watery eggs...yuck! The AC in my room was very loud! It sounded like a jet taking off!

I come to Ocala a few times a year for work and have stayed here many times. I don't know if it's under new management or what this issue is. Honestly, I don't know that I will come back. I may try another hotel in the same area. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this Hilton property.

Stayed one night at Hampton Inn. Seamless check in thanks to Edwin. The room (310) was VERY clean - the bathroom, furniture, bedding, and floors! The bed was comfortable. Loved the complimentary cookies too. Thank you.

Breakfast was fresh and a good variety to choose from. Coffee was good and hot. The location was perfect for the stopover to continue my travel plans. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom and shower were setup nice.

Lifetime Diamond member here to tell you about my stay at this hotel. The good, nice staff and clean facility. However, if you need to depart earlier than your reservation indicated, a $50 “early departure” is charge to the bill. It seems the hotel manager, Susan, has no flexibility and relies on blaming this fee and other fees this property charges on Hilton. A sorry, Hilton rules are the rules. I spoke with the staff and of course expressed my disappointment. They were very apologetic and agreed with me when I said I’ve never had a hotel charge me for departing early. For the last 20+ years I have traveled for business. Travel that has taken me all over the country and many Hilton properties. I have made adjustments to my hotels stays frequently. Never have I been charge an “early departure”. So Susan, take note and not only loosen up on your ridiculous punitive fees for coming to your hotel earlier, leaving earlier, and whatever else you’re doing. Blaming the Hilton “rule book” is cowardly and putting your staff in this position is poor leadership. You have the flexibility to do what is right for your customers. I, nor anyone from my company will never stay at this hotel again. We have other options. So, to any potential customers reading this review, be prepared to be punished if you want to get into your soon earlier or leave earlier for any reason. And, this hotel is convenient located next to the highway, it is extremely loud.

This hotel is right next to interstate 75.
I have stayed here 2x a month for years.
All of a sudden in 2026 they have started changing my reserved room number to the freeway side. This has happened 3X

Great hotel that looks brand new. Everything very clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable and the big walk in shower was wonderful. Lots of lighting in the room made it enjoyable.
Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful out door seating by pool area. All and all a great place to stay.

This is a very nice hotel with a great staff of people. The hotel is located off the freeway with easy access to and from. The room was very clean and had no issues.

One note: The front desk handled a very demanding and obnoxious woman with great professionalism. Hat off to the staff!
