We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Cons:

Disappointed that there was not proper coffee /pods facilities in the rooms - instant sachets are not in keeping with the quality of the hotel.

Would have liked moisturiser and conditioner in bathroom. I didn’t bring any as most 4 star hotels have as standard.

Das Hotel Ciutadella empfehlen wir gerne weiter! Insgesamt einfach wunderbar!!

Wir sind angekommen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Unser Superior-Zimmer im 4. Stock war sehr schön. Die Lage des Hotels zwischen Altstadt und Meer ist klasse. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Hervorzuheben sind die Herren an der Rezeption, was die Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und
Hilfsbereitschaft betrifft!!!

Pros:

Great location, very nice and polite staff, and quick service. The rooms are quiet, and the bed is very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Die Lage war perfekt
Bahnhof, metro, Strand, Altstadt in der Nähe. Sehr nettes Personal. Guter Fitnessraum.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist klein und ruhig.
Leider war das Bad etwas klein und der Föhn nicht gut handhabbar. Leider war das Frühstücksbuffett nicht so wie erwartet, aber ausreichend.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ideal um Barcelona auch zu Fuß zu erkunden.
