Just a suggestion: Elderly guests would
benefit with a grab bar in the shower to steady
themselves and prevent falls.
Great location, super friendly staff that were extremely helpful. Any transport or other concierge services were extremely thorough and helpful. The restaurants on site were delicious, visited the gelato at 227 almost everyday. We couldn't find a flavor we didn't love!
It is definitely an economy hotel. The bathroom of our room opened up right next to the bed. You have to go downstairs to ask security to allow you access to the gym on the 10th floor, this prevented me from working out as I didn't want to go into the lobby in my active wear.
