Sehr gutes Hotel und tolle Gesamtanlage, kleiner Haken: adult only pool.
Pros:

Super Lage - tolle Aussicht! Sehr nettes Personal in der ganzen Anlage.

Cons:

Adult Pool - es war aus der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich, dass der schönste Pool nur für Erwachsene vorbehalten ist.

Pros:

Das Costa Verde ist eine wunderschöne grüne Oase mit vielen Tieren, vor allem überall Affen, Leguane in allen Grössen und Tucanen. Man fühlt sich direkt sehr wohl.
Unser Zimmer hatte von der Terrasse aus eine traumhafte Aussicht aufs Meer.

Cons:

Im Bad gab es nur einen offenen Mülleimer- das ist bei dieser Wärme ungünstig.

Wunderbares Hotel zum erholen
Pros:

Ein wunderbares Hotel zum Erholen mit viel Privatsphäre und einer sehr ruhigen Atmosphäre. Alles war äußerst sauber, und die Anlage liegt mitten im Dschungel, was den Aufenthalt besonders einzigartig macht.
Von der Poolterrasse aus hat man eine herrliche Aussicht auf das Meer – ein echtes Highlight. Insgesamt war es ein tolles Erlebnis und definitiv das beste Hotel auf unserer Costa-Rica-Reise.
Das Hotel ist ideal zum Entspannen und bietet zudem besondere Naturerlebnisse, da man beispielsweise Leguane direkt am Pool beobachten kann.
Durch die erhöhte Lage ist es außerdem angenehm kühl und nicht zu heiß, was den Erholungsfaktor zusätzlich steigert.
Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel und ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt.

Stunning Views
Pros:

Beautiful views from my balcony. Saw monkeys every day. Close walks to the beach. Could use WhatsApp to get a shuttle to the different hotel restaurants and pools. Good large room.

Cons:

Very hilly but this wasn't an issue as we could get shuttles.

In der Anlage muss man sehr viel gehen, bergauf, bergab, Treppen, um zu den Pools, zum Restaurant oder Rezeption zu kommen
HOTEL bietet shuttle an, aber darauf muss man dann lange warten
Dass für 250euro pro Nacht kein Frühstück inkludiert ist, ist absolut nicht tragbar
Man hört die Autos und Trucks vorbei fahren, da es an einer Hauptstraße liegt
Um an den Strand zu kommen, geht man bergab die Hauptstraße

Très bien installé dans la nature , chambre confortable , belle piscine .Proche parc national Manuel Antonio

Cons:

Personnel juste à changer au complet : a l’accueil les deux personnes juste blasées, faisant la gueule perpétuellement ne donnant que partiellement les informations et en plus peu avenantes . Au restaurant ( le wagon) le personnel est fait de juste des petits jeunes de 20 /25 ans ,sans compétence , on se croirait chez un fameux fast food américain , la personne à la caisse blasée ne portant aucun intérêt au client . Nourriture bof, ( pizza à la pâte médiocre, peu de garniture , dessert surgelés )au prix exorbitant , bref allez manger en ville vous trouverez beaucoup mieux .

Pros:

There are many monkeys everywhere for your enjoyment, the entire hotel rooms and outdoor areas are immaculate, their service using the ‎WhatsApp app was exceptional. We reached out to them consistently for different things like locking ourselves out of a room, needing a ride to a hotel or from the restaurant, etc., and they were ON IT. Less than 1-2 minutes. and You all have been absolutely amazing.
I’ve never had such outstanding customer service. Thank you so much for making our vacation that much better and that much more memorable. Really appreciate everything you’ve done.
OH! And our view was DYNAMITE with a junior suite in the adult section.
