Camera pulita e ordinata.

Cons:

Parcheggio molto disorganizzato x 16 euro a notte sarebbe meglio mettere personale più professionale e non solo che controlla il pass sulle macchine.Lavori in corso che posso assolutamente capire ma le distanze tra una vettura e l altra nessuno controllava le distanze esagerate, così il posto libero era un terno al lotto.
Reception: abbiamo fatto una fila infinita aspettando i clienti interessati ai servizi del hotel, dovrebbe esserci una persona accogliente che si occupa solo al check in , nemmeno buongiorno e benvenuti o qualche minima spiegazione di dove dovevamo andare e dove fare colazione, orario ,ecc.
In fase di prenotazione mi è stato confermato il mio cagnolino era benvenuto e aveva un piccolo gadget di benvenuto......al check in ha solo chiesto se ero sicura di aver avvisato in fase di prenotazione, chiede ma l avete portato? E niente.
Colazione molto confuso tutto , tavoli non pronti , ci si siede a caso , nessuno che accoglie gli ospiti e saluta....fila infinita per farsi un cappuccino da soli.
Rientrando da una passeggiata siamo stati inseguiti per sapere il numero della camera.
..... ritengo che per un hotel 4 stelle il personale dovrebbe essere molto più accogliente e preparato.

Peut mieux faire.
Pros:

L’Histoire est passée par là , l’opulence et la gloire aussi mais cette histoire appartient au passé. Même si une tentative louable de restauration des accès est un cour et que l’état du bâtiment est encore correct, ceci ne suffit pas à justifier 4 étoiles ! Une restauration plus qu’indigente, des produits premiers prix au petit déjeuner , servi par un personnel désagréable, au mieux désabusé. Bref un établissement qui se cherche un destin et une clientèle, plutôt hétéroclite pour l’instant.

Pros:

Le camere erano moderne, curate e pulite. La posizione è eccezionale. Ho apprezzato particolarmente il balcone vista mare e i dettagli più “antichi” come la porta girevole all’ingresso e alcuni arredi perfettamente integrati con lo stile più moderno. Molto bella anche la struttura esterna dell’hotel.
