J'ai réservé une chambre spacieuse avec balcon vue sur la mer ,petit déjeuner compris pour un montant de 160€la nuit que j'ai payé a l'avance .
Arrivé sur place on me dit que j'ai réservé une chambre économique chose que je n'ai pas compris
On ma proposé une chambre en sous sol a côté du spa une odeur de chlore et de javel insoutenable
On ma changer de de chambre au 1er étage très petite avec vue sur une toiture horrible,la salle de bain très environ 50x1,50 c'était impossible d'être a deux dedans
Du bruit jusqu'à 3h du matin et reprise des nuisances sonores a 6h du matin pas possible ni de se reposer ni de dormir
Petit déjeuner vraiment pas fidèle a ce qui nous était proposé sur les photos
Tasse sale ,cafe américain proposé dans un thermo,jus de fruits industriel très acide et pas bon etc... j'en passe et des meilleurs
Jambon d'une couleur grise pas très appétissant
Au final je suis très déçue j'avais prévue un petit week-end en amoureux mais j'avais que cet
hotel nous a un peu gâché ce moment que nous attendions avec impatience depuis longtemps

Excellent hôtel
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et très bien décorée. Belle salle de bains. Excellent petit déjeuner. La personne à l'accueil parlait très bien le Français. Nous avons pu louer gratuitement des vélos à l'hôtel.

Cons:

Si vous voulez utiliser le SPA, il faut le réserver à l'avance, sinon tout sera complet.

Pros:

Hotel idéalement situé à l'entrée de la ville, a 10/15 min à pied du Casino ainsi que de la rue piétonne principale.

Nous avions été surclassé, ayant réservé une chambre avec vue mer et balcon, on nous avait proposé une chambre (surclassé) avec sauna dans la chambre mais sans extérieur et au 1er étage, nous l'avons donc refusé préférant avoir un extérieur et une vue dégagée au 2ème étage...mais quelle ne fut pas notre surprise le soir au moment de la douche,nous voilà avec une douche inutilisable car elle fuyait abondamment au niveau du sol..après réclamation et 20 min d'attente, je décide de redescendre à l'accueil, dans un premier temps on nous a proposé une chambre avec deux lits séparés, ayant répondu qu'il en était hors de question on nous a alors attribué une chambre au 3éme étage avec balcon et sauna privatif..dommage que cette solution n'ait pas été proposée dès le début..en bref personnel assez agréable mais chambre avec sauna seul a éviter car très étroite qui nous a donné instantanément un ressenti d'oppression.
En bref je pense qu'il y a mieux au niveau qualité/prix .. vous êtes prévenus..

Cons:

- Stained bathroom towels
- Flies in the breakfast food
- Very limited breakfast with no quality whatsoever, no variety of products, including dirt residue from the fruit juice container
- Bathroom with hair from the previous guest in the shower, mold from humidity, and lack of hygiene in the space
- Dirty dishes (mugs) in the room with dried coffee
- Pillows with hair from the previous guest
- Mini bar without refrigeration - hot drinks

- I couldn't go to the spa with my partner because there was only one employee at the spa, so we couldn't have a massage together and enjoy one of the hotel's "amenities." Even though it was 11:30 a.m. and the space was dark with not a single employee to show us the spa facilities. During the recession, they told us to go there alone if we wanted to see the space, which was dark and with no one there to welcome us.
- The receptionist (name) was rude, unwelcoming, unfriendly, and unprofessional. She was the same person who attended to us throughout our entire stay.
- We were "forced" to pay €16 per day for parking at the accommodation because we made the reservation through the booking platform and not through your website, which would have made a difference of €8 per day. I chose to pay an extra €20 per day to stay in a slightly nicer basic room.
At 2:45 p.m., we contacted them to eat something, and they served us nothing, saying that at that time they had absolutely nothing to serve us at the hotel, not even a snack.

However, we are tourists, we know nothing about the city, and in terrible weather, we had to walk all over the city looking for a place to eat.
I decided to choose this hotel on the platform because it was rated 4 stars, had elegant photos, looked good, and, above all, had a spa where I could enjoy a nice moment on my birthday. I was very disappointed.

Il buffet della colazione un po’ insufficiente e la notte un fastidioso rumore proveniente dal condizionatore peraltro spento. Parcheggio pagato ben 16€ per mettere la macchina in strada sui calcinacci del cantiere
