Prima hotel

Locatie, sfeer hele hotel door inrichting

Cons:

Door de kalk van de badkraan was deze lastig te bedienen omdat je in het bad moest gaan staan om deze aan te doen.
De verwarming/airco gaf een error waardoor ik de kamer niet kon koelen of verwarmen
Het koffiezetapparaat deed het niet goed waardoor het water te koud eruit kwam en ook te weinig, ook waarschijnlijk door kalk.
Waterkoker moest ik op de gang halen en stond niet standaard op de kamer.
Bij inchecken was dit selfservice maar nadat ik 10 minuten lang het hele systeem was doorlopen kreeg ik een melding dit alleen bij de receptie te kunnen doen waar ik vervolgens weer een goeie 15 min moest wachten. Het probleem was in een fractie opgelost door een vriendelijke jonge dame.

Mooie kamer op loopafstand van het centrum
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel (loopafstand van het centrum) en de mooie kamer met uitzicht op het water/bruggetje

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets. Maar als ik dan toch wat moet zeggen: de qr code waarmee je aan kunt geven of je het schoonmaken van de kamer een keer over wilt slaan, die werkte niet. Kamer werd gewoon schoongemaakt

Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel was hartverwarmend.
Ik kom hier zeker terug

Het verblijf en de kamer waren Oké. Geen geluid van andere kamers of voorbijgangers in de gang. Vriendelijk onthaal.

Cons:

We konden niet echt genieten van een volwaardige maaltijd die avond. Veel gerechten waren niet verkrijgbaar. We hebben ons dan met wat tapas en kaas moeten tevreden stellen. We hadden de indruk dat het hotel net overgenomen was door nieuwe uitbaters of lag het aan het nieuwe computer of boekingssysteem.
