Pros:

Location, staff, comfort, breakfast

Cons:

Very high sink and shower entry/exit - was ok for us but for a shorter person or person with limitations it was not good

A great place to stay in Gouda
Pros:

Good location, friendly warm welcome. Secure storage space for our bikes, lovely quiet and comfortable room

Cons:

The bath which was also the base of the shower was very slippery! Also the cost of breakfast was very high (25€). That said, we loved our stay!

Centraal gelegen
Pros:

Mooi centraal gelegen, mooi uitzicht. Kamer zeer ruim en goede bedden.

Cons:

Niet superschoon (haren in de badkamer) en plastic weggooi bekertjes ipv glazen. Digitaal inchecken werkte niet maar werd snel geholpen

Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Toen ik de baliemederwerker vertelde dat het douhewater niet goed wegliep en ik dit ophedroogd had met handoeken. Dat de handdoeken er nog lagen naar de schoonmaakbeurt.

Great Hotel, would stay again!
Pros:

Access to secure car parking, excellent location. The hotel is very well looked after and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The family hotel room was a nice size and we liked the unusual bathroom layout. It actually made it easier to shower our young children

Cons:

The main bed was a twin pushed together which is fine normally. But the mattresses were foam, and very high. Because of this they were a bit wobbly and by morning time, there was a large gap in the middle. Not ideal and made them feel a bit uncomfortable.

This is the only negative we had.

Pros:

Perfecte locatie in het centrum nabij het Groene Hart Ziekenhuis. Prima parkeergelegenheid en Basic Fit toegang! Erg vriendelijk personeel.

I would definitely stay here again!

The Location was fabulous, breakfast was terrific !

Cons:

There was a blueberry on the floor of our room when we arrived. Our room wasn’t ready when we tried to check in. No shower curtain on the shower.

Een gezellig knus hotel, lekker ontbijt.
Pros:

Het inchecken en uitchecken bij de balie gedaan. De dames die aan het werk waren waren heel erg vriendelijk en vrolijk dat zorgde voor een leuke aankomst en vertrek. Het ontbijt was lekker, knusse opzet zodat het niet massaal aanvoelt.

Cons:

De kussens op de bedden waren te plat naar onze zin, aangezien we daar pas midden in de nacht achter kwamen niet meer om een extra kussen gevraagd, maar dat had het comfort wel verhoogd.

de plaatsing fruitsap en koffiemachine, je loopt in mekaars weg, te smal als er veel volk aanwezig is.
Sliepen kamer 302, overdag mooi zicht, s avonds/s nachts hoorden we afzuiging buiten continu toen de raam open stond.

Stanza abbastanza vecchia.letto scomodo con Topper,vasca da bagno non pulitissima,forse perché usurata e vecchia.tazze del caffè sporche.stanza a un piano basso con vista direttamente nella case degli altri.poca privacy.
Episodio poco bello,dimenticarsi gli occhiali da sole nella hall alla sera e alla mattina non trovarli più e chiedendo alla staff se gli avessero trovati,erano spariti.con controllo telecamera e personale dovrebbero stare un po' più attenti.hotel non da 4 stelle
