On voulait visiter les stations de ski du Haut-Valais et cet hôtel est bien placé pour cela.
Pros:

Son emplacement et le garage gratuit pour la voiture.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être mieux. Ananas et salade de fruits en boîte ! Pas terrible !

Pros:

Facilité d'accès, parking avec accès direct à l'hôtel, emplacement central par rapport au centre-ville. Petit déjeuner excellent dans une très belle salle de restauration.

Un agréable séjours chez vous. Merci beaucoup pour l'acceuil chaleureuse.
Pros:

On a bien aimé la proximité des magasins, la palace, etc.
La chambre était assez comfortable, tranquil, et les employées agréable.
Petit coffre fort. Placard avec étagère.

Cons:

Le fait qu'il n'y avait pas de café/thé dans la chambre (ce que je trouve assez basique);
La chambre etait tres tres Chaud la nuit, donc pas facile pour dormir.On l'avait signaler et ils ont fait ce qu'ils pouvaient je pense mais elle est resté chaude, et donc fenetre ouvert (leur suggestion), et donc guespiage d'argent/energie pour l'hotel.
Pas de minibar dans la chambre. le frigo dans le halle était bien mais j'aurai préferé dans la chambre.
Le ptt déjeuner était assez bon, mais pourrait etre mieux (bacon, oeufs autre que que dûr, pain au chocolat, meilleurs croissants).
Pas si sur que le staff avait bien nettoyé la lunette des toilettes, ce qui est toujours un risque. Je suis partie avec un cystite, qui aurait pu etre attrapé au bains mais aussi si le toilette n'était pas bien nettoyer avant notre arrivé.

Grossartig, ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!
Pros:

Sehr gutes Hotel, es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, das Frühstück war grossartig und vielseitig, das Hotel ist sehr familien- und Gruppenfreundlich (bspw. da im Speisesaal sehr grosse Tische vorhanden sind). Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und ruhig. Sauberkeit war top und auch das Personal ausserordentlich freundlich. Der Bahnhof ist in der Nähe und gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Für Autofahrer steht ein grosses Parkhaus zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Alles war gut.

Ich werde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Empfang war sehr freundlich
Sauberkeit war top
Ausstattung standart, nichts Spezielles aber auch nicht schlecht.
Frühstück war alles dabei, was man sich wünschte
Sehr gute Lage 5 Minuten zum Herzen von Brig.

Cons:

Ich bin Sanitär - Installateur :-) Die Duscharmatur (mechanisch) in der Mitte der Dusche, so weit vorne, Verbrühungsgefahr!
