Amazing Place and the service is spectacular
Love the location and the staff was very attentive
This is an excellent choice for a hotel in Venice. We had a wonderful time. The hotel is very well located, the sheets and towels are clean, the rooms we booked were small and not overly luxurious, but just what we needed, and the breakfast is excellent and generous. I highly recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again.

It’s was perfect! Beautiful hotel, perfect location and friendly staff. Get a water taxi from the airport straight to the hotel and you’ll feel like royalty! Walking distance from all the main attractions, lovely shopping and amazing restaurants around! We highly recommend!

Such an amazing Hotel , best we will ever stay in, absolutely incredible service and rooms are so Venetian , silk wall paper and furniture is something else! Felt like we were staying in a Royal Palace. Fabulous staff, Sergiv, Nicola, Giulia, Elisa, Alessandra, Skerdi, Axel, and Daniel, all incredible and fantastico!!!

Only a 5 minute walk from the Realto Bridge but situated in a much quieter area Ai Reali has been sympathetically converted from an old palazzo. Lovely helpful staff throughout. The hotel has a private jetty & can arrange free water taxi to A Murano glass factory We received a free upgrade & the room was stupendous. Beautifully decorated with silk wallpaper & the grandest of wood carved ceilings. Extremely efficient air conditioning that cooled without blasting you with an arctic wind. Bed very comfortable with high quality duvet,linen & an infinite variety of pillows.
Breakfast was excellent with a fabulous buffet & if you were lucky enough, lovely views of the canal. Great for gondola watching over your coffee.
We had dinner at the hotel’s Alle Corone restaurant the first night . Wonderful food and prearranged veg alternatives for my wife excellent. Expect to pay about £175 for 2 . Dress smart casual.
Great old hotel in Venice. Great location. Milos in the bar made a great dirty martini. We also had a 6 course meal from the Michelin rated restaurant. The rooms were large and well appointed. Our room windows opened right over one of the canals below. I loved this place
Very good staff. Many thanks to all. Quick problem solvers. Location is less than 2 mins away from Rialto Bridge and less than 7 mins away from the San Marco. Right on the canal incase u wanna use the water taxi. Over all very pleasant stay…
Great place close to everything
The front desk staff were all welcoming and consistently friendly while assisting with reservations, transportation, suggestions, etc. My small complaints are overshadowed by the professionalism of the front staff. A bit disappointed in our bedroom decor and space. Rather dark/dreary and uncomfortable (the chairs useless, which only served to crowd an already small space). But, who stays in their room in Venice! The AC system temperature not consistent during the night. This was a challenge. Location convenient to explore.
