Important information:

Beds are made on arrival, bed linen and 2 towels are included, as well as final cleaning (except the kitchenette and dishes) for stays of 6 nights or less.

Linen and two towels are included for stays of 7 nights or more.

Reception is available at the residence Tourmalet located 755 feet away.

During Winter season, the reception opening hours are:
Sunday to Thursday from 08:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 19:00.
Friday from 08:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 20:00
Saturday from 08:00 until 20:00.

During Summer season opening hours are:
Sunday to Thursday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 19:00
Friday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 20:00
Saturday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 14:00 until 20:00

For stays of 6 nights or less, check in is from 15:00 and check out is until 11:00. For all other stays check in is from 17:00 and check out is until 10:00.

Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to contact the residence in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Breakfast and bakery service must be booked the day before.

Please note that one parking space is provided per reservation and additional covered car parking is available for an extra charge. All parking spaces are subject to availability and must be reserved upon arrival.

Muy bien ubicado para practicar esqui
Pros:

La ubicacion es genial, la estación está al lado y hay un servicio gratuito de autobuses todo el dia que te permite moverte por la estación. Nosotros reservamos un estudio y se hace algo pequeño para 4 personas. La cocina tiene lo suficiente para pasar unos dias y hay un super cercano aunque se desabastece rapido. Los apartamentos pertenecen a particulares y en recepción unicamente te dan las llaves.

Cons:

El agua de la piscina no estaba muy caliente y mi apartamento no tenia parking, otros si lo tenian, al ser de propietarios particulares depende de si el propietario facilita la plaza de parking o no.

l'emplacement et les navettes même si nous les avons très peu utilisées

la literie. nous dormions dans le canapé et dès la deuxième nuit j'ai été bloquée du dos!! de plus, lors de notre départ nous avons remarqué que les couvertures étaient réutilisées sans être lavées car les personnes commençaient à faire les lits pour les clients suivants alors que j'étais encore présente. j'ai d'ailleurs dû consulter un médecin que des démangeaisons sur tout le corps à commencé dès notre séjour.
j'ai détesté les chiens dans la résidence qui hurlent jusque 23h!!!! nous n'avons pas d'animaux chez nous et en aucun cas je ne veux être dérangé par ceux des autres surtout en vacances!
je fais du sport tous les jours et j'étais heureuse de réserver un logement avec salle de sport. quelle déception de constater 2 pauvres machines: un rameur et un vélo/ c'est ce que vous appelez une salle de sport????? a savoir que nous avons choisi cette résidence pour la salle de sport et sa piscine. nous sommes allées 1 seule fois à la piscine: l'eau était froide et nous y sommes restés que 15 minutes.

Nous avons demandé à partir à 16 h au lieu de 11 h - nous étions hors vacances scolaires et c'était très calme et un mercredi.... On nous a répondu que les propriétaires ne voulaient pas ....
