Amplio aparcamiento y bien situado. Grande y muy buen aspecto. Personal cortés y amable.
Limpieza mejorable. Aire acondicionado con polvo. Frigorífico en la habitación sin posibilidad de enchufarlo. Botes de gel sin rellenar.
Las habitaciones no están muy limpias.
El desayuno en la cafetería del primer día nos encantó y estuvo genial el camarero super amable
El buffet libre muy oscuro mal organizado mucho olor a comidas y mala ventilación de hecho el último día repetimos en cafetería pagando nosotros por no ir al buffet

El hotel destaca por sus zonas comunes amplias, que aportan una agradable sensación de espacio. El personal es muy amable y servicial en todo momento, lo que mejora notablemente la experiencia.
Se encuentra a aproximadamente un kilómetro del casco antiguo, una distancia cómoda para ir caminando. Las habitaciones son amplias y cuentan con baño completo. Además, el desayuno buffet es muy bueno y variado.
Otro punto a favor es la gran disponibilidad de plazas de aparcamiento, lo que resulta muy práctico para quienes viajan en coche.
Lo que más me gustó fue la amplitud del hotel y la amabilidad del personal, junto con la comodidad de la habitación y la calidad del desayuno. Además, disfruté mucho del casco histórico de Olivenza, con sus calles empedradas de estilo portugués, sus iglesias y la Plaza de España.
