Personalet på hotellet var decideret forfærdelig. De var fjendtlige og nærmest ractiske overfor os, blot fordi vi ikke var Italienere.
Den første aften var vores eneste mulighed for at få aftensmad på hotellet hvis vi derfor deltog i en fest hvor der blev fejret en italiensk helligdag - personalet placerede os rigtig dårligt og kunne næsten ikke afleveres os vinkortet. Denne aften kom til at koste os 50 euro pr. Mand.

Derudover fik vi afvide, at vi ikke måtte sidde ved vores valgte bord til morgenmaden selvom alle andre gerne måtte sidde ved de omkring liggende borde. Vi protesterede og fik til sidst lov - sådan var det begge morgener vi fik morgenmad. Meget ubehageligt.

Men den mest ubehagelige oplevelse var dog da vi skulle checke ud af hotellet. Personalet mente at der ikke var blevet betalt for vores overnatninger selvom vi kunne fremvise kvitteringer og kontoudtog. På trods af dette insisterede de meget på at vi skulle udlevere vores dankort oplysninger. Dette nægtede vi, og efter lang diskussion bryder en kollega ind og siger at hun godt kan se vi har betalt.

Vi stod tilbage med en følelse af at de prøvede på at snyde os.

Alt i alt har vi haft en virkelig forfærdelig oplevelse på det her hotel.
Så hvis du ikke er Italiener, så hold dig LANG VÆK.

Personale cortese e struttura accogliente e pulita

A pretty amazing place. Looks very luxurious, the restaurant and the meal was super fancy and yet very reasonably priced. We couldn’t understand why the place was mostly empty, but we stayed mid-week, and the place clearly caters to Italians (even the spa menu was only in Italian). The air-conditioning in the room was not very strong and very noisy, but otherwise very nice room.

Leider gebe ich für alles andere 3 Sterne. Schlechtes Frühstück für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel. An der Rezeption fragten wir nach Badetüchern, sie sagten uns 3 € pro Handtuch, dann verlangte ein anderes Personal 10 € pro Handtuch. dann haben wir sie am Ende für 3 € bekommen.
Sogar für das Zimmer, das wir bestellt hatten, sagten sie uns, dass es für Singles sei, FALSCH, nur weil sie uns ein Zimmer geben wollten, das mehr kostete. Das Zimmer war wunderbar und für zwei Gäste mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet.

Tutto perfetto tranne la colazione che andrebbe arricchita con un buffet più fornito visto che si tratta di una struttura a 5 stelle... per il resto siamo davvero contenti del trattamento ricevuto

Struttura bellissima, centro benessere fantastico!

La struttura si presenta come un 5 stelle, ma manca dei requisiti per esserlo. La nostra prenotazione era per un appartamento exclusive per coppia più bambino di 4 anni. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo scoperto che ci avevano sistemato al secondo piano in una palazzina senza ascensore. Alle nostre rimostranze ci hanno offerto una suite junior in un'altra palazzina dotata di ascensore, ma con metà dello spazio. Alla fine abbiamo optato per la prima, ma ho dovuto riportare il piccolo in braccio per le scale tutte le sere!
Un'altra cosa inaccettabile è la doccia di soli 75 cm di lato, praticamente inaccessibile per persone un po' grosse.
Il ristorante serve una buona colazione ed ha un ottimo chef, ma la scelta e la varietà dei prodotti è minima.
In definitiva non consiglio di soggiornare in questa struttura dal rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente basso.

La struttura è ben mantenuta massima pulizia il personale gentilissimi ! Quello che non mi è piaciuto è che la sera non c'è nessun intrattenimento , evento o quello che sia. E poi al ristorante le portate sono misere e prezzi abbastanza alti

Siamo stati disturbati tutta la notte e le lenzuola non erano pulite. abbiamo fatto presente la cosa, ricevute solo le scuse. Non bene.

Struttura bella con ampio giardino piscina e area wellness, camera ampia con salottino annesso, personale molto gentile e con un grande senso dell"accoglienza

Arrivati in hotel, prenotato per un giorno e una notte, hotel scelto soprattutto per la piscina o la spa, all'arrivo ci dicono che non possiamo utilizzare la piscina perché c'era un evento...e neanche la spa perché piena! Ci siamo rimasti malissimo perché nessuno ci ha avvisato qualche gg prima in modo da cambiare struttura. Il ns amico 14 enne in viaggio con noi è rimasto delusissimo. Unica alternativa proposta era ombrellone e lido a 20 km da li! Anche l'appartamento dato era al 3 piano e senza ascensore, una fatica con valigie! Non prenoteremo mai più in qst albergo!

Camere molto pulite, spazi esterni curati, personale cortese. Ottima la colazione e la cena, consumata alla carta. La piscina rappresenta un buon passatempo per i bambini, la struttura purtroppo è lontana dai punti di interesse turistico principale della zona. La struttura si presta benissimo per il festeggiamento di matrimoni, meno come struttura turistica. Non viene fornito materiale informativo turistico agli ospiti, non è raggiungibile da mezzi pubblici, per cui chi non ha un mezzo proprio è impossibilitato a spostarsi.

In un appartamento exclusive con armadio/angolo cottura annesso, non è possibile pagare giornalmente a parte il suo utilizzo.

Hotel nuovo, pensato soprattutto per eventi. Camere spaziose. La piscina è bella, pulita e con aree idromassaggio. Giardino curato. Mi ha stupito la mancanza di personale e di un bar nelle aree esterne.

This is a large modern hotel that specializes in weddings and similar huge events. We stayed there during the off season, on a visit to Paestum. The general level of decor and amenities we would describe as sort of Disney: very competent, with comfortable beds and solid furnishings, clean and roomy bathroom, very large rooms even by American standards, well run, but a little corny and corporate feeling. Still, what do you expect for a gigantic wedding hotel in the middle of nowhere? Service was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was better than most on our trip, as freshly cooked eggs were on offer. The immediate area is absolutely empty, though. Just some small, not particularly picturesque villages in the hills, widely spaced. Nowhere really to walk around and look. Still, it was the last night of our trip and it was nice to be able to stretch out, relax, sleep in a good bed and take a shower with satisfying water pressure before our flight.

The staff were superb. We had to leave before breakfast opened in the morning as we were catching the Pozzallo ferry to Malta. They arranged for us to get fresh fruit, coffee, etc., 15 minutes early. Everything was wonderful. Great hotel.
