Good location and comfortable facilities, but poor housekeeping and communication.
Pros:

The hotel has a convenient location. The room was equipped with most of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the spacious balcony and the availability of an elevator.

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned from Monday through Wednesday, and trash was not removed despite our requests. We contacted the hotel through Booking.com regarding housekeeping but did not receive a response. At reception we were given conflicting explanations regarding the room status and housekeeping. During our stay we also discovered significant damage to a dress that had been stored in the room. We cannot determine how or when the damage occurred, but when we asked whether room access records could be reviewed for the period when no housekeeping had allegedly taken place, the hotel declined to provide the information or the results of such a review.

Nice central hotel There is underground parking Good room There is a sauna and a small gym
They gave me the room an hour before.

Cons:

You need to ask the reception to prepare the sauna and open the gym instead of it being always open. There is no water bar in the gym and sauna .When I wanted to buy another day at the hotel they was told that the hotel was already full ,There should always be one room available for a guest who wants to extend their stay at the hotel

Pros:

Localização, espaço do quarto (Double Room) e serviço de limpeza.

Cons:

Qualidade wifi, AC do quarto não funcionou corretamente e o pequeno almoço não é direcionado para estrangeiros ocidentais.

Overall, a good option for a mid-budget traveller
Pros:

The location was great, 15-20 minute walk from Rustaveli, cute cafes and shops are all around. A couple of restaurants near that were awesome: Yoko, Kartly Joys, Casa de Nata, Pulp, Auditoria, Chicos.
This part of the city was very green, quaint and lovely.

The room was cosy, the bed was confortable. The shower water pressure was great!
Loved the breakfast, always had good standard options, lots of vegetable dishes.

The staff was lovely, we had regular cleaning.

Cons:

There was noisy construction nearby, but that's not here nor there.

Výborná lokalita 4 min pešo od hlavnej ulice a zastávok autobusov. V blízkosti univerzity. Študentské rýchle občerstvenia a potraviny na okolí. Hneď vedľa hotela 4 reštaurácie s rôznymi typmi kuchýň. Pohodlné postele. Chladnička a rýchlovarná kanvica na izbe. Každý deň dopĺňali vodu a čaje/kávu. Ochotný personál. Bohaté raňajky.

Kahvaltı ve konumu çok iyi. Ayrıca oda çok büyüktü. Otel formatında olduğu için 7/24 resepsiyon hizmeti var.

Cons:

Kliması yoktu. Odadaki cihaz ısıtma odaklı. Soğutması etkili çalışmıyor.

Хорошее расположение большие номера и не плохой завтрак !)) большой плюс что когда мы сказали что у нас свадьба то нам принесли презент ! Спасибо 😍

Cons:

Минусов было пару это не критично просто хочу поделиться что б может они исправят и будет там вообще отлично ! Первый минус когда заселялись на попал рано утром администратор с которым было трудно договориться и на не по Английский не по русскому не говорила ха орошо ! И минус был когда выезжали нас было 6 человек мы снимали номера с завтраками мы попросили на стойке вечером могут ли они нас покормить на 30-40 минут раньше на что ответили что могут сделать баксы на вынос мы охотно согласились но когда мы сказали что нас 6 человек нам сказали что нет ничего сделать не можем !) ну а в остальном было все отлично !) номера чистые и убирались часто !!! Все хорошо
