Great place in a quieter part of city
Pros:

I was off-season, so price for higher level rooms was not much different than usual. Given that, the room was very good. Top floor, own terrace with a view to the entire city (the hotel is slightly on the hill), full height windows with that same view... perfect!
Good amenities in the room, nothing too fancy but high quality and nothing to complain about.
Nice location in the quieter part of the city, like it far mor than the tourist center (which you still can reach with a short walk or a local commute).

Cons:

Well... finding the entrance door took me half a minute :)
Maybe breakfast could be a bit more diverse, but that's a matter of taste.

It was a short and pleasant stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was good but it was cold when we reached the breakfast room.

Warm, cosy and nice.
Pros:

We stayed only one night and the staff helped us with special requests of water and took care of our needs. We had a good check-in and check-out experience. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious. The balcony (though due to extreme cold weather we could not use) was huge and amazing view of the snow-clad mountains. We had one of the memorable stay in a prime location in the city.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was good and as promised.

De locatie

Cons:

Totaal niet hygiënisch. De lakens van het bed waren niet verschoond bij aankomst. Deze zaten vol met haren!! na het aangeven dat deze verschoond moest worden, werd deze verschoond met kapotte lakens waar gaten in zaten. Daarnaast maakte de airconditioning een hele harde geluid en was de algemene hygiëne niet goed in het hotel
