A very nice and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Very nice room . Very friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

The shower could have been better. A two rose arrangement but the ceiling rose kept dripping when turned off.

So overall it was awesome. But, when I booked an apartment, it was not up to standard😕

Staff is super helpful and the trouble shooting was effective and concise.

Cons:

Apartment was not up to standard, but staff were able to sort out the issues and offered an alternative that satisfied any misgivings. Overall it was a satisfactory stay.

Room was clean and bed comfy but stay overall was disappointing

Chose to stay for the location

Cons:

Our room felt tired and dated. We looked out to the roof of the swimming pool so the lack of natural light and dark decor made the room feel like a dungeon, we just slept and left early. Retrieving our car in the morning felt chaotic and took 30 minutes.

Lovely rooms & flats attached to QT hotel, with great mini kitchens. I the hear of main restaurant area too.

Lovely set of rooms & flats behind the main QT hotel. Still hotel facilities & great cleaning. Really close to all main restaurants & a great supermarket too.

Super easy check-in, check-out process.
Pros:

Very easy check-in, as we were encouraged to complete this online. Same with check-out which made everything super quick and easy. Apartment was spacious.

Cons:

The room was spacious; however, it would have been good to have window treatments that kept out the city lights. The bed was a comfortable King, but we could have done with an extra layer for comfort, the pillows were only average. The A/C was very noisy. We were surprised to find there were no dressing gowns which would have been appreciated in the cool morning whilst having breakfast in the apartment.
