Pros:

Studio apartment - surprisingly well equipped. Love my stay there. In room washing + dryer (2in1) machine made it so much easier to stay with kids

Cons:

Buffet Breakfast was ... probably can't ask for much with that price (?) but the a la carte breakfast menu is good!

Interesting hotel in good central location.
Pros:

Close to museum and wharf. Short walk to oriental bay and town.
Large clean room and good kitchen and bathroom facilities.
Interesting art on wall in lobby.

Great location, everything else ho hum, have stayed there twice now, never again!
Pros:

Superb location, immediately across from Te Papa and then the waterfront.

Cons:

For what is promoted as a high class hotel/apartments, everything was underwhelming, even cheap and nasty (except for the artworks!). The kitchen facilities were basic and of the lowest quality and number, the facilities were basic and the staff (in both Reception and the Bars) were indifferent.

Cool and relaxing, and refreshingly distinct from others without a snobby vibe.
Pros:

It’s a very cool space. The Art is so well curated and placed. It’s always a massive treat to stay here. I love the distinctly Wellington vibe too.

Disappointed
Pros:

Normally I love QT, (Museum Hotel), however the apartment failed against expectation, as I was expecting more lounge area and comfortable chairs. Bed was also excessively soft.
I have spoken directly with the hotel, and will phone direct to rebook so what I get meets expectations.

Cons:

Cost v reality didn’t align.

Comfortable and quirky artsy hotel/apartment
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, the washing machine/tumble dryer a welcome addition too. Also loved being able to use the pool after being out and about, and really fab and quirky artwork everywhere added to the artsy feel of the place.

Cons:

Despite having a well equipped kitchen which we could use to self cater, there was only one chair in the room so we couldn't both sit at the desk/table to eat. We remedied this by putting a cushion on the luggage holder to form another seat.

Pros:

Great location! It's part of the QT complex so very nice. The family room is nice and more spacious than it looked on the photos. We had taken the breakfast option with free breakfast for the kids and it was so worth it!

Pros:

I was happy that I booked a 2 bedroom apartment as the space was great for myself and the two kids.
The fridge was a great size and the kitchen facilities were great.
Comfy beds.
Complimentary umbrellas for the rain!

Cons:

There was only one 2 seater sofa which wasn't enough for us all to lounge around in the evening.
The fridge also froze our cans of coke and two of them exploded all over the inside.
