A visual treat with art at every turn. Great location and highly professional staff.
Pros:

A stunning hotel with spacious apartment and staff who are supremely polite, informed and customer focused. The restaurant staff were excellent. I had dinner with wine matching and it was superb and staff exceptional. The art was a complete surprise - large works at every turn with great lighting to enjoy the pieces.

Cons:

Like many rooms the lighting is too low and hard to see AC controls withoiut a phone torch. Not unique to this hotel - seems to be an interior design trend and it doesn't work for older guests with eyesight that needs good lighting. I would also like USB, USB-C cable connections at bedside, rather than having to bring a plug.

Wouldn't stay there again
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Parking was expensive if went for the valet option or complicated for the self park option. Room had interconnecting door to the room next door and there was very little sound insulation. We heard way too much from next door. The beds need replacing as have lost their support from too much use. Just a normal old hotel room repurposed with some extra kit to call it an apartment. But its not what I would call an apartment.

Exceptional accommodation in a great location
Pros:

Right from the minute we arrived the level of service and the quality of the accommodation was obvious. We asked for an early check in and they were able to provide that. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and we felt like valued guests.
We will be back

Cons:

Very little we didn’t like. Only the low lighting in the rooms would be the thing we would change.
