Best service and caring hotel
Pros:

This is one of the most thoughtful and caring hotels I have ever stayed in. They even put a hot water bottle into our beds at night to make the stay even more comfortable and all members of staff were beyond helpful

Cons:

Everything was excellent. The room was big with a fireplace and they put hot water bottles in the blankets and we slept so well in a quiet place.

Amazing hotel, best service and food
Pros:

Penthouse was amazing, the photos does not do it justice, pity the weather was not great on the 2nd day since most of what makes this room special is outside. Service (especially Brian) and spa were 5 star and the food is some of the best ever.
