כמעט בכל תאילנד בכל המלונות נתקלתי בריח חזק של עובש בחדרים , סגרנו חדר משפחה ובעקבות ריח נורא
העבירו אותנו לסוויטה קומה שלישית עם בריכה שם לא היה ריח של עובש
אך לצערי הרבה מדרגות ומקשה מאד מבחינת ילדים .
מעבר לזה הצוות היה מקסים הכל היה נהדר 🤍

حجزنا غرف عائليه لكن عند وصولنا اخبرونا انها غير متوفره واعطونا غرفة على مسبح للبالغين اضطررنا لتغيير الغرفه ثاني ليلة
السعر مرتفع جدا جدا مقابل المكان والخدمات والافطار
خرب كرسي الحمام واضطروا لاصلاحه ونحن موجودين بالغرفه
تعطل مفتاح الباب واضطروا لتغييره اكثر من 3 ساعات ونحن بالغرفه ولم يتم تعويضنا بشيء!!

Cons:

The facilities are nice, but the staff seem overly concerned about controlling every small item.
We had to sign for towels, sign for balls, and almost everything else. It felt a bit excessive and unnecessary.
Guests come to enjoy the facilities, not to take them home. A bit more trust in guests would make the experience much more pleasant.

Good location and breakfast. But disappointing in some areas
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. Lots of options and nice and fresh. The location was great, room was big and awesome for the kids

Cons:

Some staff were friendly, some are rude. Shout at us to get out of the kids club at 5pm, tell us off for returning towels late. Complain for drinks to be served in the rooms.
Kids club closes so early!! 5pm. Other hotels kids can play until 9pm. The extra kids club activities are too expensive.
Swimming pool has no shade at all, so not really suitable for the kids day the daytime heat.
Main swimming pool looks so dirty, yellow water, like a swamp!
Expensive hotel for the service you get.

Wir fanden es toll! Unser Zimmer war groß, makellos sauber und bot einen tollen Blick auf die wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Poollandschaft und den idyllischen Garten.
Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und super lieb zu den Kindern. Auch die Lage hätte für uns nicht besser sein können: Das Hotel liegt an einem herrlich ruhigen Strand, bietet aber dennoch eine perfekte Anbindung. In unmittelbarer Nähe findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt – von gemütlichen Restaurants, Massagen und Geschäften bis hin zum Nachtmarkt.
Besonders toll für Unternehmungen: Die Anlegestelle für Longtailboote ist schnell erreichbar, genau wie Highlights wie die Cobra-Show, die Ziegenfarm oder das Elephant Sanctuary. Wer Trubel sucht, erreicht fix den lebhaften Nachbarstrand mit seinen beeindruckenden Feuershows. Ein echtes Highlight waren die Gezeiten: Bei Ebbe konnten wir Krebse am ruhigen Strand beobachten – Natur pur!

Cons:

Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war für uns die Musik an der Poolbar, die wir als etwas unnötig und leider deutlich zu laut empfanden – das passte nicht ganz zur sonst so entspannten Atmosphäre.
Was die Liegen angeht: Ja, es sind tatsächlich eher wenige vorhanden. Da wir aber mit zwei kleinen Kindern unterwegs und daher ständig in Bewegung waren, hat uns das nicht weiter gestört. Zudem gab es als gute Alternative Strandauflagen, die für unsere Bedürfnisse vollkommen ausgereicht haben

Baseinas ir vaikų kambarys veikia tik iki 17:00. Nuo 17 iki 22 valandos visiškai nėra ką veikti. Viešbutis toli nuo centro, PRIE VIEŠBUČIO NĖRA PAPLŪDIMIO. Iki artimiausio paplūdimio mažiausiai 15 minučių kelio. Labai prasti liftai, bendros ervės yra atviros, todėl labai karštą

Let down by theft
Pros:

As we have found in Thailand, they always welcome you with a warm greeting. This was the second Hotel we stopped at on our trip toThailand. Hotel is very clean. Plenty to choose from at breakfast and food in general. Good.the deluxe room we had on the third floor was very spacious a large balcony with two sunbeds table and chairs. The bedroom was exceedingly large as was the bathroom with shower and bath. swimming pools were large but lacked sunbeds. The Hotel is on the seafront with restricted views to the sea. The hotel provides transport into the centre-of AO Nang. Which is about a 20 minute walk.the only problem we had with the Hotel was that we had a substantial amount of cash and two credit cards removed from the safety deposit box in the room we later found out they recommend you store valuables in the safety deposit boxes at reception
If this happens to yourselves report immediately to reception and contact tourist police yourself do not leave it to the Hotel management as we have moved onto our next location in Phuket and have had to report it to tourist police in Phuket they will liaise with AO Nang police and hopefully they will sort it out

Pros:

The buffet breakfast was very good with much variety and tasty dishes. We used the gym each day which was a nice plus and the pool was also a nice addtion to jump in after a busy day out.

Cons:

I know it was the high season but the cost was very overpriced for a basic room.
